MIke
the info was confirmed by the ceo to me today and its in the filing from 2004, but no, no press release recent about it.
when i searched ihub under RLTR that interview list came up, ICTN was on there also which i didnt realize until i did a search undet that, ceo said they would be much more active with communicating. I would rather they announce their holdings in RLTR when it was .10 lol.
yes he made a point to say o/s has been the same for years and that he doesnt do 504 or dilute or hasnt even taken shares himself as payment.Interesting huh.

Company Overview Based in Seattle, Innovative Communications Technologies Inc. (OTC:ICTN) has built upon its successful facilitation of Private Telecommunications Networks (PTN's) in the Seattle / Tacoma marketplace to introduce the development and implementation of Global Private Telecommunications Network (GPTN) product business to business. The company's GPTN allows calls to begin and end on existing local lines and uses dedicated fiber-optic networks for the long distance portion of the call eliminating the need for long-distance carriers. Customers use their existing equipment and pay only a fixed monthly lease instead of per minute billing. The long distance cost associated with operating a private network is usually less than 50% of the current expense for outbound calls, regardless of the current per minute rate.
ICT is the only company offering this type of product to business customers and is strategically positioned as a private network provider.
ICT builds and then leases a unique self-contained private telecommunications network, known as the GPTN, to business customers, which is different than any long distance product or alternative in the market today. The GPTN product is a proven cost model and has been producing revenue from major business customers since 1995. Although the GPTN utilizes "Packetization Technology" (PT) it does not use the public Internet, sometimes referred to as IP telephony. The GPTN allows voice to travel between calling areas as if they were local.
Customers will experience a higher level of savings if their utilization increases, because their monthly GPTN charges remain unchanged. As a result of the fixed monthly lease expense associated with the GPTN, the customer can also realize additional cost savings as the result of the reduction in accounting costs associated with the monthly reconciliation of the long distance bills. Innovative's proprietary technology developed by CEO Barry Henthorn and strategic alliances with industry leaders across categories places the company as a forerunner in the transformation of the telecommunications industry.

ICTN - owns $2 million in RLTR stock ......
32 million shares at .065
Meanwhile, ICTN's market cap is only $1.9 million and it seems folks may be forgetting ICTN's core business, which is on the rise.
Price target, I think .10 is very possible, keep an eye on RLTR if that continues up then we can go even higher

RLTR has had a pullback today, regardless I think this should be trading at least the same level as Reeltime, even though ICTN has a lower O/S!

Thank you for your interest. As you can tell we have not been a PR machine over here. We do intend to do a better job of communicating with our shareholders and the investment community as we move forward. I would like to be able to put out real substantiated projections and will as we are able to but at this time without historical financials as of yet we are sensitive to the regulatory concerns of posting forward looking statements. We do intend on reporting financials as soon as we complete them and steps are being taken to do so. A great deal of our resources are currently being directed towards support of the ReelTime launch and in building a support channel as it moves forward. The ownership in Reel is verifiable in their financials and their 15c211. The subsequent conversion of debt to equity was later disclosed by ReelTime in a PR so to restate it may not be appropriate. I will be clear that in our "shareholders update" and in any "shareholders meetings or their minutes" that this is addressed.
