2)Specifically, this link found while doing some DD reading of this last filing dated 2004 15c2-11(a)(5) 09/13/2004 Oct 26 2004 ET on RLTR , the pick that Dream came across. This tidbit could prove to be rewarding for ICTN shareholders IMO...
So I called the ceo of ICTN Barry henthorn and he did confirm that innovative does own 32 million shares or RLTR which are restricted.
the o/s of ICTN is approximately 63 million and has been unchanged for years
Float approx 47 million.
They have some well known clients also.
Barry expressed in the last interview that Innovative just turned it's first profit in the last Q with Rev's in the 2-5 million range for 2006 and has plans to become fully reporting along with RLTR + 32 million shares of RLTR, trading in the .06-.07 range, are worth $2 million alone...
Market Cap at .03 is still under $2 million total...
You do the math... What happens when RLTR luanches on Sept 12th with a superior product in the online streaming video market. Todays reduction in the A/S and O/S of RLTR only sweetens the pot!
RLTR .07 X .075 ICTN .0175 X .025

Founded in 1994, Innovative Communications Technologies Inc. (OTCPK: ICTN) has been a pioneer in the development, implementation, and positioning of private telecommunications products for business customers. Innovative's CEO, Barry Henthorn, created the initial proprietary technology in 1988, which enabled him to market Private Telecommunications Networks (PTNs) in the Seattle-Tacoma market. ICT then utilized the experience gained from the development and implementation of PTNs in the greater Seattle/Tacoma market to design, develop, and introduce the Global Private Telecommunications Network (GPTN) product.
~Divisions...
Innovative Communications Networks Division ...
The unique, self-contained Global Private Telecommunications Network (GPTN) product allows voice to travel between calling areas as if they were local, eliminating "per minute" long distance charges for business customers and typically reducing monthly long distance costs by 50%. This revolutionary product creates an entirely new category of communication, which allows the business customer a straightforward migration to state-of-the-art, evolving technologies without replacing existing telecommunication equipment or incurring upfront and ongoing infrastructure costs. The GPTN product allows calls to begin and end on existing local lines and uses dedicated fiber-optic networks for the long distance portions of calls (in the North American Dialing Plan), eliminating the need for long-distance carriers and is available to business customers in the United States and Canada.
Innovative Communications Cellular Division...
In 1995 ICT formed The Innovative Cellular Division and entered the wireless market by acquiring Emerald City Cellular's customer base along with some key officers and administrative staff. Their years of experience in the cellular market included the launch of the nation's first "free phone" campaign with regional partner Speedy Auto Glass. The success of this promotion was the beginning of change for the entire cellular market. ICT has been an authorized agent for US West Cellular and Sprint PCS, a reseller for AT&T Wireless and in January 2004 became a National Premier VAR dealer for T-Mobile, USA.

~Cellular Products...
Innovative Cellular is a premier Value Added Reseller (VAR) for T-Mobile, USA, and offers wireless voice and data services and products in all T- Mobile markets. Wireless products include FREE basic phones and instant rebates on all products including handheld products like BlackBerry™, when activating wireless service on qualified service plans.
Innovative's Sub-Dealer program offers attractive financial rewards for business in the cellular industry or other vertical markets using wireless communication
~Network Products
ICT builds and then leases a unique self-contained private telecommunications network, known as the GPTN, to business customers, which is different than any long distance product or alternative in the market today. The GPTN product is a proven cost model and has been producing revenue from major business customers since 1995. Although the GPTN utilizes "Packetization Technology" (PT) it does not use the public Internet, sometimes referred to as IP telephony. The GPTN allows voice to travel between calling areas as if they were local.
Customers will experience a higher level of savings if their utilization increases, because their monthly GPTN charges would remain unchanged. As a result of the fixed monthly lease expense associated with the GPTN, the customer can also realize additional cost savings as the result of the reduction in accounting costs associated with the monthly reconciliation of the long distance bills. The GPTN lease allows the customer to utilize up to twice the current outbound voice capacity during the term of the lease at no additional cost.
Additionally, Innovative offers Private800, a toll free solution which routes inbound calls on the customer's own private GPTN. The GPTN technology combines proprietary leading-edge packet switching technology and dedicated fiber optic networks with Innovative's Voice Over Packetization Technology (VOPT). VOPT uses packet switching instead of traditional circuit switching when routing calls. Customers use their existing equipment and pay only a fixed monthly rate eliminating per-minute billing and the long-distance carrier.
Customers currently utilizing the GPTN include media companies, call centers, financial services companies, insurance companies, construction companies, state and local governmental agencies, and retailers. Specifically, our customers include a northwest network television affiliate, a northwest daily newspaper, and a national classified advertising publication.
