HE-5 Resources, Corp. Receives Permit for Overman Property
Work Has Commenced at Overman Property Site

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 06/26/06 -- HE-5 Resources, Corp. (PINKSHEETS: HRRP) today announced that it has received the permit for the Overman Property, issued by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in Carson City, Nevada. This permit allows HE-5 to commence work at the site, specifically with respect to the roadwork and drill pad construction. HE-5 Resources, Corp. Signs Lease Agreement for Seven Mining Claims in Nevada
Claims Situated in the Comstock District, Nevada

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 06/28/06 -- HE-5 Resources, Corp. (PINKSHEETS: HRRP), today announced that it has signed a Lease Option to Purchase Agreement to acquire a 100% interest in seven unpatented mining claims situated in the Comstock District, Nevada. The claims are located in Spring Valley, Nevada approximately 1.5 miles south of the Overman Property. Further details on these claims, including digital photos of the sites, will be released in the coming weeks with the Executive Geologist Summary.

The construction of the road on the front wall at the Overman Property is progressing faster than expected. Once the road work is completed, HE-5 will commence the drill pad construction. The Company will continue to keep shareholders informed on a timely basis of any new, significant developments at the site.
