Why are you suprised? It's down 95%, there's always someone who is going to try a bounce play from a fall this hard no matter who the company is.

Let's see what usually happens when companies do a R/S. The price usually goes down and the other very real possibility and probably what is happening here is DILUTION. The company is dumping shares on the market. IMO

More likely .001 lol Shakerzzz & co been jumping in and trying to call a bottom. Didn't work. Kept falling like a rock and will continue. Looks like huge dilution going on (UBSS). All this is just IMO

I decide to go ahead and call the TA just for the heck of it. I was told to FAX or Email them which I did. As soon as I get a response I will post it. Staying on the sidelines.

ya, have dealt with them before, on a r/m; called the contact on the PR, who was in IR firm, to complain--they had the underwriter (who put the deal together) call me.
When this happens? call the company and complain loudly that investors can't get info needed to make decisions...

That's okay Tex, Since it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what is happening here. It's really simple math.
July 7, 2005 100,000,000 authorized shares
5/23/2006 Reverse Split 1/1000
6/16/2006 Authorized has risen to 500,000,000 and Outstanding Shares are 487,591,000
So not only have they raised the authorized shares but have come very close to issuing them all. It's called "MASSIVE DILUTION" I would bet that a lot of those shares were put on the market today and that there are still plenty of them available.
Let's assume also that on 5/22/06, there were 100,000,000 O/S
On 5/23/2006 1:1000 r/s hits
100,000,000 turns into 100,000 O/S
Then on 6/16/2006 the a/s is increased to 500,000,000 - was the volume that large in the 3 weeks from 5/23 to 6/16? Better yet, I cannot see any volume in the stock until today. When was the last time ONCO traded? May 22nd. Folks, EAGM/ONCO (whatever) hasn't traded since May 22nd. Then in less than a week, we are expected to believe 100,000 can to turn into almost 500,000,000 on "no" volume?
