Notice is hereby given that Millenia Hope Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) will hold its annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 26, 2006 at 10:15 a.m. at the Hilton Wilmington Christiana, located at 100 Continental Drive in Newark, Delaware, 19713, USA. 3. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment or postponement thereof;
The Board of Directors has fixed the close of business on June 16, 2006 as the record date for the determination of the stockholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting or any adjournment or postponement. Holders of the Company’s shares of common stock on the record date are entitled to participate in and vote at the Annual Meeting. At the Annual Meeting, each of the shares of common stock represented at the meeting will be entitled to one vote on each matter properly brought before the Annual Meeting.
Your attention is directed to the accompanying proxy statement and exhibits which summarizes each item. Stockholders who do not expect to attend the Annual Meeting in person and who are entitled to vote are requested to date, sign and return the enclosed proxy as promptly as possible in the enclosed envelope.

Check out the charts on this one,... it is easier said. It dropped from .15 to .043 . And this one is climbing back up gradually,....volume today is almost 4X the average 20 day volume without much run and it is 95% buys !!!!!. IMO the is a Monster in the making, take it or leave it. just my opinion.

Only thing that concerns me is the increase in A/S well that and no trades for over 1/2 hour. But only two sells verses 15 buys today. I'll keep an eye on it and if buying comes in I'll jump.

Its worth keeping an eye on, it seems to get great support around .045 - .05 . And I just noticed a huge order of 260000 went through at the close... something may be up.

This one has bottomed out completely !!...seems to get very good support at .45 - .55 .... This is going back to chart analysis over a year.... anytime it reaches this treshold, it bounces back big. The volume is already over 22 day average volume, and this company is way undersold !!!. 0.06 is definitely a bargain. If this thing starts to run,... it may hit anything between 0.1 - 0.13 IMO.

Once this one gets a good volume, it will run crazyyyyy!!! It may not do much movement or percentage change a day,...hey but I'll live with 20% - 30% daily,....but when it runs, it will run off!!!!.... Look at another one of my pick FDSM . Gone up 500% since last week.

Increase in A/S is the only thing that worries me. I fear a PR Monday with A/S increase date. If that happens it could get ugly before it gets better. Imight try to flip this and wait til the PR fallout is done, than buy back in. Not sure which way to go here.

custom, I'm in this one till the END. A reputable company, 52 week high was $8.15. Their chart looks really great, I got in at 0.05 (their historical support point ) I see this company doing 0.15's or higher next week. With this PR and new ones coming.... it is bound to explode !!!

There is a great buying pressure at 0.08 , definitely a great entry point for those that were skeptic earlier about this MONSTER ,. ... I like the way it is climbing slowly but surely, and it will someday explode like the FDSM's. 33% is certainly not bad.
