Burned Media Ltd. Announces First Self-Service Music Burning Kiosk Location

BAY CITY, MI, Jun 14, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Burned Media (PINKSHEETS: BUNM), a digital music and media company focused upon helping Tier A retailers deliver digital music, ringtunes, and in store digital advertising to their consumers, has announced its first self-service music burning kiosk location in the Toronto, Ontario, Canada market.
This is an important step in the company's efforts to help Tier A retailers develop new revenues from the sales and delivery of digital music in stores, as well as the sale of instant digital photo processing, ring tunes and digital advertising.

The company has announced that the first QuickTunes(TM) music burning kiosk in Canada is operating in a cafe newsstand concept store called Journo, located on King Street in the Entertainment District of Toronto, Ontario. The self-service unit also offers the QuickPix(TM) instant digital photo processing application.

King Street is Toronto's high traffic Entertainment District, North America's most diverse entertainment destination and neighborhood. It is the vibrant home to hundreds of restaurants, nightclubs, sporting facilities, boutiques, hotels, attractions and live theatre. Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, "The District" encompasses eight square blocks and offers an array of activities for locals and visitors alike.

Consumers can now legally access major record label content to build their own custom music CD. They can also process instantly digital photos from their digital cameras or blue tooth enabled cellular phones, all without having to wait for processing by a photo lab.

Burned Media's Chairman Len Friedman said, "This is an important step for us. We have been working toward the installation of our first high profile location for some time now. The location we have chosen is a high-traffic area with target traffic of consumers with specific interests in entertainment products and experiences."

Pretty big news announced another Retail location in a monster mall in Toronto

Burned Media Ltd. Announces Second Self-Service Music Burning Kiosk Location
Jun 20, 2006 9:00:00 AM
BAY CITY, MI -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 06/20/06 -- Burned Media (PINKSHEETS: BUNM), a digital music and media company focused upon helping tier A retailers deliver digital music, ringtunes, and in store digital advertising to their consumers, has announced its second self-service music burning kiosk location in the Greater Toronto, Ontario, Canada market.

The company also announced that the firm's second music burning kiosk location in Canada is operating in one of Canada's highest traffic malls in a consumer electronics store in Square One Mall, Mississauga, Ontario. The self-service unit also offers instant digital photo processing services.

Square One has over 360 stores and services, including 4 major department stores, all under one roof. As Ontario's largest mall, Square One is conveniently located at Highways 403 and 10, twenty (20) minutes from downtown Toronto and fifteen (15) minutes from Toronto's Pearson International Airport.

Consumers can now legally access major record label content to build their own custom music CD. They can also process instantly digital photos from their digital cameras or blue tooth-enabled cellular phones without having to wait for processing by a photo lab.

Burned Media stated this latest roll-out is an important step in the company's efforts to help Tier A retailers develop new revenues from the sales and delivery of digital music in stores, in addition to the sale of instant digital photo processing, ring tunes and digital advertising. In a previous announcement, Burned Media explained this method of marketing music and other digital products to the public offers significant inventory-cost savings to mainline retailers as well as utilizes less premium floor space.

Burned Media's Chairman Len Friedman said, "This is part of our efforts to expand the points of distribution. Rolling out locations is step one. Step two will then be to build a successful retail model. It is a process, but the locations we are targeting are high-traffic areas focused on consumers with specific interests in consumer and digital electronics. In short, this is a target marketing approach we feel should be very successful." Friedman, a former Director of CBS Records Canada and Sony Music Canada has been instrumental in leading the marketing effort for Burned Media's strategy of offering cost-effective stocking and sales solutions to music retailers.

Details on the location have been published under the LOCATIONS section of the company's web site at http://www.burnedmusic.com.

About Burned Media Ltd.

Burned Media Ltd. is focused upon enabling retailers to offer the sale of digital music via self-service music burning kiosks as well as enabling them to sell instant digital photo processing, ring tunes and to implement in-store digital signage solutions.
