Cetek Technologies Inc. Re-Domiciled in Nevada
POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y., Jun 09, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Cetek Technologies Inc. (Pink Sheets: CTKH), a manufacturer of ceramic material for the electronics and power generating industries, reported today that effective April 11, 2006, the company completed the change of its corporate domicile from Delaware to Nevada. The common stock of the company after the completion of the change of domicile to Nevada will have the same rights and preferences as currently exists. The Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation of the company, after the completion of the change of domicile, will be identical in substance to the company's current Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation, as amended. This action is not intended to effect any change in the business, property, management or capitalization of the company. Along with the change in domicile, a 15c2-11 Information Statement filing is in the final stages of completion for posting to Pink Sheets. This document will contain unaudited consolidated financial statements which will be updated periodically. This is in keeping with a commitment made to shareholders to provide financial reporting.
We look forward to keeping the shareholders informed on a more regular basis as we continue the process to build shareholder value.
