(GWGO) confirms that the Company will now be distributing the Stock Dividends in Bouse Mining Holdings plc, Ambassador Gold Holdings plc, Sentinel Resources plc, Golden Eagle Mining Holdings plc and in Copperstone Mining Holdings plc to eligible shareholders of Great West Gold, Inc. The Company remains committed to obtaining a separate quotation for each of these Companies.
The Company will be advising shareholders as to details of the Transfer Agent to each of these Companies in and during next week and will confirm the date of postage of the various Stock Certificates to Great West Gold, Inc. shareholders in and during next week. The Company can confirm that these Stock Certificates will be posted to shareholders by the Transfer Agent in and during this month.
The Company wishes to apologize to its shareholders for the delay in the distribution of these Stock Dividends and is in a position to assure its shareholders that they will be in receipt of the various Stock Certificates by no later than June 30, 2006.
The Company intends to announce further Stock Dividends to its shareholders in and during June of 2006.

I don't know if the vague 1st PR or the confusing 2nd PR was much help. GWGO may just want to throw out news to get peoples attention until they get the "real" news about something that makes sense.
Anyway, I took a chance and bought another 500,000 shares at .0007.

NO we did not get these divi's. Also, there should be 3 more coming. The records dates for the 3 was sometime in march or april I believe.

yes, casviper, I think you are correct there. I know I bought in that timeline with knowledge of divi's due me. I was thinking of buying at .0007 also stockstar, I don't think that is too bad of a move. I feel I'm going to kick myself if I wait on buying at this price much longer.

I agree casviper. We did not get these. We were supposed to get 1 share of these companies stocks for every 1000 shares of GWGO stock we owned on the record dates. My question is this, I sold all my GWGO stock in April. Will I still get these divi's since I was a share holder of record on these dates? What do you think?

I agree casviper. We did not get these. We were supposed to get 1 share of these companies stocks for every 1000 shares of GWGO stock we owned on the record dates. My question is this, I sold all my GWGO stock in April. Will I still get these divi's since I was a share holder of record on these dates? What do you think?
I am pretty sure it works that way, because you were a "shareholder of record" on those dates...I think that when a company does a divi, they use the shareholder records on that date. if your name is on there, you should get it. I don't know for sure, but logically it makes sense...

I already got the dividends for the 5 above mentioned companies! 5% per mentioned comany (25% total)!!! As to the other three dunno... just because they say one thing... do they have to follow up? Just wondering... i'm not bashing... i'm still holding 11 million + shares and am certain that we will see a gapper in the next 3-4 weeks!!! I'm just getting a little ticked off with their PR's!!! GLTA
