Congratulations to ALL SSTY shareholders that have been rewarded with free TPDI shares on June 1st, 2006, courtesy of SSTY, (Sure Trace Security Corporation)!!!
I'm sure the main "SSTY for 2006" thread will still be the main board for all SSTY, TPDI and for Globe Staff Consulting Corp. discussions. This thread may last or it may not but it doesn't matter because if it wasn't for SSTY, there'd be no TPDI and if it wasn't for SSTY, WE wouldn't have FREE TPDI shares!

yea china is big. i bought a bunch of CHWE a few weeks back. they "provide professional management services relating to non-performing loans (NPLs) in the People's Republic of China." the govt of China ordered the state banks to reign in a growing trend of non-performing loans. this was the only Chinese company i could find dealing with NPLs.

I have 26,000 shares of tripid .....
DWE has over half a million tripid shares Kane has almost 700,000 shares

Are we absolutly sure the stocks will be restricted for 1 yr? I know that that is the typical time frame, but I have also seen shorter times and longer times. Has anyone confirmed this and if you have, how?

I just got off the phone with SSTY President, Michael Cimino.
TPDI shares will be restricted for exactly ONE YEAR so the "RESTRICTION" on all TPDI shares will be lifted on June 1st, "2007".
Secondly... I asked Cimino about "WHEN" SSTY will start trading on an "upgraded" exchange.....
Cimino's answer: "Now we've got all this taken care of, we're working on that right now. It's NOT going to be an overnight thing. These things take a great deal of time especially dealing with the S.E.C., tons of number calculations, and tons of paperwork. We just want to make sure every single detail of this assignment is perfect the first time so there won't be any problems and more delays in the future". Lastly, Cimino said, As a shareholder myself, THANK YOU for your PATIENCE. I know it's been very frustrating for all SSTY shareholders including me but the most important thing is, this company is showing great progress and whatever we've stated in past press releases, "WE WILL DELIVER"!"

I'll have one week off to myself starting on Monday, the 12th of July. Then back to work teaching "summer school" til the first week of August.
We've waited this long for our TPDI shares, we can wait out SSTY moving to another exchange and then start moving. Again, these things take lots of time for the company to do things right "the first time" so therefore leading to absolutely NO PROBLEMS in the future.
I'm willing to wait a whole lot longer! Hopefully it won't take that long but we take these risks. I believe SSTY is what "dreams" are made of and SSTY has proven time and time again that "they REALLY DO deliver" so don't be surprised that Sure Trace will become as big as MSFT or even as big as PG one day, not now of course, but hopefully in the near near "future". It ALL starts out this way. The suffering and frustration we take-in today will fully reward us later on.

That's why its good that the share we received were restricted otherwise this thing would be at a penny. This company is going to need a year to get itself together and get major investor intereted.

True Product ID USA is still brand new, right out of the oven.
We can't expect that $0.25 will just go up a dollar or two next week.
Even if it drops down to a penny which I hope it doesn't, and as a new company, True Product ID USA needs the time to build from the ground up. That's exactly how Nike did it, that's exactly how Kentucky Fried Chicken did it and that's exactly how eBay did it.
It's a "nervous" experience for everybody including all the executives behind this assignment. They're going to make it work and I believe these people know exactly what they're doing. There are some who cheat and steal and there are some just OUT to make a dream come true such as Jim MacKay taking a so called "troubled" company listed in the Greys and taking it to the top of the mountain.
