Coastal Holdings, Inc. Issues Reminder of 150:1 Forward Stock Split
HOUSTON, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 06/09/06 -- Coastal Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CSJJ), today issued a reminder to all current and prospective shareholders of the Company's upcoming 150:1 forward stock split. Investors have only until next Thursday June 15 to purchase shares of CSJJ and be eligible to receive additional shares as a result of the forward split. Stockholders of record on June 15, 2006 will be entitled to one hundred and fifty (150) shares of common stock for each share of common stock held on that date. The forward stock split will be effective on or about June 23, 2006, at which time the additional shares in certificate form will be mailed directly to shareholders without action on their part.

LOL. CSJJ managment? I don't think there is anyone home at CSJJ. This is a defunct company that ain't doing jack but pumping...rather poorly I might add.
This stock sucks. Get out and don't look back IMO.

I bought 100k for $10 ($15 with broker fees) just to see if they send me 15 mil shares...worth the $15 just for fun...who knows, could be worth something someday...

theres noway this is ever going to .0003 after the f/s because if you have only 500,000 shares X 150 = 75000000 shares X .0003 =$22500 i dont think for spending $50 or $100 is gonna give you $22500 does anyone here really see that happening?

Have seen something sort of similar work briefly--before it was suspended--but a huge short was involved. This has two things working against a successful geek play: No short, that anyone's evidenced to me, and delay, that is, shareholders getting physical certs: by the time certs converted, where's the demand?
