I received a reply from the Chief Marketing Officer at Spooz Inc., check it out,
There has been substantial progress in business development that I am not at liberty to discuss. Although much of the progress is extremely exciting, we are keeping news of the strategic relationships and developments under the competitor’s radar until we are ready to make a large market push. Release of this information is being timed to maximize our first priority, revenue growth.
We are all working for shareholder value here because we are all shareholders and the only way we (management-insiders) will receive any return on the years of hard work we have put into this company is through stock value. I expect to be well rewarded. I will point out that not one single insider has sold any of their shares.
Due to the broad global prospective for SpoozToolz and related products, we have tremendous value opportunities before us. Spooz has assembled a respected experienced group of business advisors and managers who work daily to turn our opportunities into shareholder value. This process may not be as fast as some would like but it is certain and tenacious.
The business growth process in the last few months has been to lay infrastructure for a large business entity capable of capturing and converting global opportunities in to shareholder value. This business development segment is almost ready to move to the next stage when you will see more PR, news, trade publication articles, etc. as we move forward.

How do you know news is going to be in June? The reply above does not give a specific time.

We have been continuing to develop additional products associated with SpoozToolz and are in the process of integration with additional brokerage firms. *Information on this will be coming out in the next month.* Due to competitive advantage reasons we are keeping some of our developments under wraps until the right time.

$0.014 seems like the magic price lately. I expect we will creep up from here eventually, we just need more volume and a significant PR would definitely ignite this gem.
In the past 2 days, we've had a little increase in volume:
Thursday: 1,452,400 Friday: 1,035,000
This activity seems significant to me, because if you take a look at any chart for Spooz, SPZI spiked to a high of $0.05, but before the spike we had a couple of days of relatively low volume (a few Million +/-). Of course we can't forget that there was alot of anticipation to the launch of SpoozToolz as well. Either way, news is expected this month.
Darryl Dennis (CMO) mentioned to me in an email reply and I quote, "Although much of the progress is extremely exciting, we are keeping news of the strategic relationships and developments under the competitor’s radar until we are ready to make a large market push." This is a very significant comment and I believe a major increase in share value is near. Now would be a perfect time to accumulate shares at a discount price ($0.014). I'm gonna predict we break $0.014 next week.

Breakout soon and this time a Real One. Only strong hands are playing this one. Weak hands are out. I bought PTSC at 0.08 and kept loading it. I bought XSNX at 0.10 and sold more than a Dollar. SPZI is going to head the same way. WE will see breakout this month. Very good pick at these levels.

Agreed.
It seems SPZI is getting a little more attention now, definitely a good sign that a break out is near. We all know the potential of this stock, a significant PR would send SPZI back to the $0.04-$0.05 area most definitely.
I'm surprised more people haven't jumped on this one yet, but soon people will be scrambling to get in this fast mover. It's only a matter of time now IMO.

Volume is slowly, but surely coming in more often now, I think we have a rally just around the corner boys! The activity the past few trading days for SPZI is similar to the activity that we had before the last run to $0.05, I believe a run is near. We should close the day in the green with 3+ Million volume, which would be great! All we need now is a PR, maybe this week!?
