Actually ALLP is riding at about .15-.16 so probably doesn't belong here.

I do like the article. Could be huge. I will ask some family members in the med field and will see what they think. I don't like this paragraph from Mon, May 15, 2006 424B3 form.
ITEM 2. MANAGEMENT'S DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS OR PLAN OF OPERATION
(References to years are to the Company's fiscal years ended June 30.)
PLAN OF OPERATION -----------------
Since our inception in 1983, we have financed our operations primarily through the sale of equity and debt securities, and we have applied substantially all of our resources to research and development programs and to clinical trials. We have incurred operating losses since inception and as of March 31, 2006, have an accumulated deficit of $485.3 million. We expect to incur significant operating losses over at least the next few years as we continue our research and product development efforts and attempt to commercialize our products.

This would have already been huge 5 years ago when the lead financier pulled the plug. Literally made ALLP a ghost town. Since then ALLP has been nursing this, its their baby and the daddy loves the baby. You have no idea what these people have gone through to get to today, amazing. China right now is their best bet, everyone looks to China. Oxygent is a blood substitute for trauma victims and major surgery. It does not replace ones blood, before going under the knife your blood is removed stored sterily. Oxygent is then administered, it is high in O2 keeps all the organs and the brain loaded with O2. After surgery your blood is returned, eliminating the chances of rejection. That's what I know off the top of my head, its been too long. Well better go, its beginning to sound like a pump.
