I wish that RA could/would follow through with just ONE of his recent BS PR's. This POS would probably pop to .02 or above very quickly.

If he doesn't, then it will eventually drift back to the .001 range.

Good advice alwaysup....got bit on this stock as a newbie thinking I'd make a killing waiting on the huge promised gains. Learned the hard way to work the flip and take profit when I can. Thanks to good advice from folks like Robbie English, Matto, BlindMellonChitlin and others, I learned the lesson beore I took a real bad drubbing.

Well, IMO the people pumping this stock recently, only show up for a day or two.

It is quite obvious that these 1-2 day pumpers are daytraders/bagholder creators, and are not long term investors as they claim they are.

Beware newbies!!

Well what's up with this POS?

RA bombards us with lies and fluff PR's for weeks and weeks and then all of a sudden dead silence.

Either his pie hole is filled with something or he lost the key to his superchsarged PR machine I guess.

The room has rubber walls and the money is Monopoly money. He likes Monopoly because he can claim he is buying all the stuff he wants without going to jail.

I can't wait until the SEC gets him for all the lies he's told. Has the $40 million be completed yet? Remember back in February or March it was sitting in a bank in New York waiting for paperwork. What an incredible lie. I think he has pumped this all he can and all but the newbies know what a scam it has been. RA has made millions pumping and dumping and it's time for the SEC to make him pay. He is facing charges for misleading shareholders, but that was long before he made the claim of winning a court case which I still haven't found for $700 million and waiting for the appeals court to grant him the money. Another lie that drove the price up for a while so he could dump his shares of the poor victims who believed him. Where is idreamer? He bought in for .004 something and he better sell quick. I will post results of my SEC complaint as soon as I hear from them. I hope he goes to jail for a long time. IMO this will end up in the .000's soon. YOUR DAY OF SCREWING PEOPLE IS ABOUT OVER ALTAMORE!

Universal Express Inc. (USXP) , today announced it has completed the awaited contract for the purchase of Global Trucking (http://www.miami.com/mld/miamiherald/business/14662347.htm). The purchase price $900,000 plus other considerations toward Global's future growth.

This contract formalizes the acquisition of a 60% interest in one of the oldest and most industry-revered trucking and delivery companies, Global Trucking Services, Inc., of Miami Florida. For many years, Global has been the flagship provider of both luggage delivery services as well as trucking services to most major airlines serving the Miami, Florida market. Over the past two years, Global has also become the premier provider of luggage and trucking services in Houston's George Bush Intercontinental Airport.

Universal Express will provide $200,000 to Global at the closing, expected to occur early next month. The remainder of the purchase price is payable in monthly payments of $100,000 or 65% of the net profits of Global from existing operations, at the discretion of Universal Express. There will be employment agreements for the two principals of Global, including bonus incentives to be based upon future performance and growth of Global.

"We welcome this time-tested and industry-respected company into the Universal Express family," said Richard A. Altomare, Chairman and CEO of Universal Express, Inc. "As our Luggage Express Division matures and enters into mainstream thinking, our industry alliances and airport branding with transportation logistics providers such as Global Trucking becomes increasingly significant to our core business," continued Mr. Altomare.

Miami International Airport is ranked third in the United States by International passengers. Houston's George Bush Intercontinental is ranked 10th in the U.S. by non-stop domestic and international flights.

"Our relationship, now formalized by contracts with our new strategic partner, Universal Express, includes a template for an aggressive and judicial expansion of our luggage and delivery services into additional selected major U.S. airport properties. We have long sought a relationship such as this, and we look forward to an aggressive expansion as this luggage business paradigm moves closer to Universal's long-held view," said Mr. Juan Gonzalez, President of Global Trucking Services, Inc.
