Americana Distribution Inc. Acquires R & R Licensing Holdings, Inc. Americana Distribution Inc. (OTCBB: ADBN) today announced it has acquired New York-based R & R Licensing Holdings, Inc., which manages licensing programs for corporations, brand owners, celebrities, athletes, inventors, artists, and designers. The all stock transaction was effected through Americana's wholly owned subsidiary, Americana Licensing, Inc., which will become the surviving entity.
Americana Licensing possesses extensive resources to help in the successful building of major brands, trademarks, products, characters, inventions and more. The company's services range from strategy development, to structuring and negotiating licensing terms. The company has established itself as a leader in licensing world heritage brands based on museum and palace properties, including the Historic Royal Palaces of England and the St. Petersburg Russian Museum Collection including the world famous Hermitage Museum of St. Petersburg. Additionally, the company manages licensing programs for children's, corporate, celebrity and other brands.
Americana Distribution recently announced a complete corporate restructuring program which focuses on enhancing its current product offerings to wider market segments while concurrently seeking acquisitions that are accretive to earnings.

During the course of his career Blank, an attorney with expertise in areas ranging from licensing to intellectual property, has been responsible for millions of dollars in client revenues.

During his storied career, Blank has negotiated licensing deals with a number of major toy, publishing and brand companies as well as such renowned celebrities as Michael Jackson, Chuck Norris and artist Peter Max.

i like this company as a short play,i did start another thread by accident,so ill post here,ive been gone awhile but now im back with my pics again current record as last pic is 24-3-1.gonna hold this one for a little while and see what happens but i like this stock and as of right know numbers arent too bad for share structure,good luck
