This stock will rock. It may go down for a few more days, I hope not for all that are involved. My investment news letter said that it would dip to .01 then run to +.02. Its a good time to buy more shares. I am in agrement with all that are involved that the upside potential is huge. The next few days may be rocky but we will rock in the end.

Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. (MGM) has acquired all rights, including theatrical, home video and television, to the Irwin Winkler-directed Home of The Brave from Nu Image/Millennium Films, which will be produced in association with Emmett/Furla Films.
Home of the Brave is indicative of the high quality filmmaking and compelling entertainment experience that MGM will once again be recognized for."
Winkler added: I have had a long and successful association with MGM and look forward to continuing it with the new MGM management team."
Lerner stated: "I am pleased to be in business with MGM, which is the best studio for the film. The new management team is talented, experienced and savvy when it comes to distributing and marketing films. They know how to make this movie stand out."
It doesn't look like we had a chance not to go with MGM on this one. I think MGM will be one of our "best" friends in the future. Well that means Sony also.
Interesting to note what is happening with Rocky:
"Rocky Balboa" represents a unique three way partnership between Revolution Studios, Sony Pictures Entertainment and MGM. Since the "Rocky" series was originally distributed by MGM, the partners jointly decided that the film could and should take advantage of MGM's newly reinvigorated domestic distribution apparatus.

Under the supervision of new Chairman and CEO Harry Sloan, MGM is revitalizing all areas of the company. As a result, the studio is now being positioned as an independent, vertical integrated multi-media company. MGM ownership is currently as follows: Providence Equity Partners (29%), Texas Pacific Group (21%), Sony Corporation of America (20%), Comcast (20%), DLJ Merchant Banking Partners (7%) and Quadrangle Group (3%). I'll have it added to the total count today! we are looking at a total of over 20% of the OS and we are now in the process of generating a letter for a consolidated contact with ideas which include undating their webpage. We also did this with CLBE which at first was very similar to FMLY in trading habits and we took that to the double digits 3 times now.Its declined now until maybe September when it will get active again.
