XcelPlus International Inc. Markets E-85 FlexTek Products and Diesenol
Market Wire
SALUDA, VA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/19/06 -- XcelPlus International Inc. (OTC: XLPI) announced today its business plan to manufacture and market FlexTek and Diesenol alternative fuel products.

XcelPlus Global Holdings Inc. owns and controls the United States patent rights for FlexTek, and is currently negotiating for exclusive rights to Diesenol technology. Following a merger with E4 World Corp. (OTC: EFWD), the technology will be licensed to XcelPlus International Inc. for manufacture and distribution.

The FlexTek is a system which can convert most gasoline-only vehicles to flex-fuel vehicles capable of running on gasoline, E85 ethanol or any blend of the 2 fuels. FlexTek Technology has been successfully utilized in Brazil for many years, and is compatible with most modern 4, 6, 8, and 12 cylinder cars.

Diesenol is a proprietary fuel created specifically for use in diesel engines. Diesenol is made of 95% ethanol, and can power any modern diesel engine without modification. Diesenol offers many economic and environmental benefits over Bio Diesel, which is generally a mixture of diesel fuel and 15% ethanol or a mixture of diesel fuel and vegetable oil. Diesenol has been extensively tested on city buses and trucks and is proven to improve power, improve torque, and extend engine life.

Bill R. Smith, President of XcelPlus International Inc., said today that, "XcelPlus is very excited to bring FlexTek and Diesenol technologies to the marketplace. Through XcelPlus International's existing worldwide distribution channels, these cutting edge technologies will allow us to obtain and hold a major market share in the newly emerging alternative energy markets."

Be careful with this one. I made some money off of this when it ran up on news in late March...lebid was running it too then.

I googled and tried to buy the FlexTek and kept running into dead ends...

http://www.greenenergynetwork.com/pages/flextek.htm

Not saying this won't fly, cause it seems to do pretty well on news, but get in and get out fast!

Good Luck!

XcelPlus International Announces Diesenol Bio-Diesel
Tuesday May 23, 10:51 am ET

SALUDA, VA--(MARKET WIRE)--May 23, 2006 -- In recent press releases, XcelPlus International Inc. (Other OTC:XLPI.PK - News) announced its negotiations for a bio-diesel product called Diesenol. Due to an overwhelming number of questions from our shareholders, the Company is pleased to describe this alternative bio-diesel fuel product in detail.

Diesenol is the only nearly pure ethanol product for use in UNMODIFIED diesel engines. This alternative to traditional bio-diesel fuel consists of 95.2% ethanol and 4.8% proprietary petrochemical additive. XcelPlus International President Bill R. Smith expects to finalize negotiations for exclusive rights to this product by May 31st 2006.

Diesenol bio-diesel additive was developed by a group of fuel chemists and engineers to allow ethanol ignition while providing lubrication for injector nozzles and pump elements. This exciting ethanol based bio-diesel substitute was extensively tested in the lab, and on city busses and trucks, and outperformed ordinary diesel as well as conventional bio-diesel, which is either a mixture of Diesel fuel and 15% ethanol, or a mixture of Diesel Fuel and vegetable oil.

The test results showed that Diesenol improves torque and power, significantly reduces emissions, increases oil change intervals, and prolongs engine life of diesel powered vehicles. It flows better in cold temperatures than diesel or conventional bio-diesel, improving cold start performance. It burns cleaner than any other diesel compatible fuel, and significantly reduces emissions. Tested truck and bus engines operated up to 400,000 kilometers each without any problems in the injection systems. Additionally, carbon deposit levels, ash, sulfur and iron contamination were all better than normal for diesel engines.

According to XcelPlus International President Bill R. Smith, "Our plans for marketing our bio-diesel technology includes teaming with major ethanol producers to bring this product to major metropolitan areas where emissions of existing city busses and trucks can be greatly improved without engine modification."

Synopsis of conference call:

XcelPlus Announces Plans for Bio-Diesel and E85 Ethanol Technologies
10:54 a.m. 05/25/2006 Provided By Market Wire

SALUDA, VA, May 25, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- XcelPlus International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: XLPI), a distributor of specialty fuel, conversion, and lubrication products to the worldwide automotive industry held a conference call yesterday, May 24, 2006, to present recent company developments. During the conference call, which was hosted by XcelPlus' President, Bill R. Smith and other company executives, the Company apprised shareholders of the state its strategic initiatives including current negotiations, acquisitions, and marketing alliances.

During the call Mr. Smith described the Company's newest technologies, including FlexTek E85 ethanol conversion products, Diesenol Bio-Diesel fuel product, and cellulose ethanol production methods. Marketing advancements were detailed including the signing of a Ford dealer in North Carolina, another new dealer in South Dakota and negotiations with Myer Distributing, a $100 million/year company to distribute the FlexTek. The company's intellectual property portfolio was briefly outlined and shareholders were assured that the Company planned to enforce its intellectual property rights.

The call followed the recent expansion of XcelPlus into the ethanol based alternative fuel market. The Company has acquired the patent rights to the FlexTek engine adapter, which converts gasoline vehicles into flexible fuel vehicles capable of burning E85 ethanol, gasoline, or any mixture of the two fuels. The rights to two other technologies, Diesenol and an improved ethanol production method, are expected to be completed by the end of May 2006.

Diesenol is a diesel fuel substitute that outperforms regular diesel and traditional bio-diesel. Proven through extensive lab and real world testing, Diesenol is made of 95% ethanol, runs in unmodified diesel engines, improves engine performance, extends engine life, and drastically reduces exhaust emissions.

The Improved ethanol production method is based on an issued U.S. patent for an acid hydrolysis method of producing ethanol. This cellulose ethanol production method increases ethanol yields, and allows ethanol to be made from almost any biomass.

Wal-Mart Weighs Selling Ethanol-Based Fuel
Wednesday May 31, 9:22 pm ET
By Marcus Kabel, AP Business Writer
Wal-Mart Stores May Offer Ethanol Made From Corn at Its 383 U.S. Gas Stations

Wal-Mart Stores Inc. may offer ethanol made from corn at its 383 U.S. gas stations, a company spokesman said Wednesday.

Wal-Mart stressed it is not ready yet to make any announcements, but corn growers said Wal-Mart's entry into a market now mainly made up of scattered independent gas stations would be a significant boost to a budding new fuel industry.

Ethanol made from U.S.-grown corn has become a hot topic this year as Congress, the Bush administration and American drivers look for alternative fuels to reduce dependence on foreign oil, keep fuel prices down and curb emissions blamed for global warming.

The world's largest retailer brought together a group of industry, government and academic experts on alternative fuels in Washington last week to discuss how Wal-Mart could develop a network for supplying gas stations at its stores and Sam's Clubs with E-85 fuel.

E-85 is a blend of 85 percent ethanol and 15 percent gasoline.

"We are considering E-85, absolutely," Wal-Mart spokesman Kevin Gardner said.

"We are looking to continue to work with and identify strategic partners in the business community to further our efforts in the alternative fuels arena. That said, there are a lot of things we are looking at and considering and we just don't have anything to announce right now," Gardner said.

Representatives from the fuel industry, Wal-Mart suppliers and government and nongovernment experts attended the meeting.

The National Corn Growers Association was one of those attending, and its chief executive, Rock Tolman, said a decision by Wal-Mart to offer E-85 would help solve one of the emerging industry's problems: not enough availability for consumers.

More than 5 million vehicles on the road can run on the blend and car manufacturers say they are making more models that can use it. Yet the fuel is sold by just over 600 retailers across the nation, mainly independents rather than chains.

Tolman said the move would also increase competitive pressure on national chains to carry E-85.

"It would be one more significant, very big step in this whole transition toward biofuels," Tolman said.

Wal-Mart owns and operates gas stations at 375 of its nearly 570 Sam's Club locations and another eight on the grounds of Wal-Mart stores. Outside companies operate gas stations at more than 1,000 Wal-Marts nationally, but Wal-Mart cannot dictate whether they offer E-85, Gardner said.

This move by Walmart will be a very big booster to the Biofuels sector. Once they have the pumps installed others (including their current partners in fuel stations) should jump on the bandwagon.
