Tell that to Microsoft, Starbucks, and Walmart!!!
I'm just fooling around Logical, I realize that CBAY is not anything like those companies, but I do know that this company is still no where near its 52 week high. It's not like this thing rocketed up higher than its ever been. It's also not like this thing has gone up 300-1100% in a day. It has been dipping each morning and then finishing 2-20% in the green each day. A nice steady rise is a good bet in my book and there is a lot of room to rise here. But do your own DD.

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 21, 2006--Silver Screen Studios, Inc. (OTCBB:SSSU), www.silverscreenstudiogroup.com, updates its Strategic Business Initiatives ("SBI") and signing of a Letter of Intent with BlueBox Entertainment, Inc., www.blueboxent.tv, for the production of three feature films and other entertainment products.
Entertainment Business Unit
We are pleased to announce our entertainment business unit has signed a letter of intent for a first look deal with BlueBox Entertainment for a three picture deal for projects that will be jointly selected by us. The projects will be financed by a Reg. D-Rule 504 offering and the production entity will seek a pink sheet listing, and a dividend of 15% of the equity will be spun off to the shareholders of SSSU.
Reg. A Offering
Our entertainment business unit is structuring itself for a Reg. A offering to raise up to $7.5 million after the conclusion of the Reg. D offering to produce joint venture projects with selected celebrity clients of BlueBox. BlueBox and its director, Brian Michael bring a roster of celebrity clients that our financing expertise and public trading status will enhance.
Distribution Deal
We are seeking a distribution deal with a major distributor to give SSSU national theatrical release capability.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Has SSSU started the funding process?
Yes, we have begun the funding process by the completion of our business units and the initiation of the Rule 504 Offering documents.
How much does SSSU plan to raise?
We plan to initially raise $1.0 million per business unit, seek a pink sheet listing for each and have SSSU apply for a NASDAQ Small Cap listing.
Will the current shareholders be able to participate in the equity of the new business units?
Yes, we will allocate a percentage of the equity of a new business to the shareholders of a certain record date and they can purchase shares in the Reg. D, as well as the Reg. A offering once the offering is effective via a warrant purchase agreement.
What is the business plan of SSSU?
The business plan of SSSU is to become an entertainment manufacturing operation; the same as an auto manufacturer makes autos, we will make entertainment products with the raw material of intellectual property.
What is an example of a recent spin off?
Sprint Nextel Corp., (NYSE:S) recently spun off Embarq where each shareholder of Sprint received one share of Embarq for every 20 shares of Sprint.
Conclusion:
We've modeled our restructuring on Viacom (NYSE:VIA), splitting into two separate companies, Apple Computer (NASDAQ:AAPL), with the sale of Pixar Entertainment to Disney, and the strategic position of Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS).
