Small Town Radio Announces Completion of Reverse Split and Name Change to Tombstone Western Resources, Inc. May 12, 2006 8:30:00 AM ATLANTA, GA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/12/06 -- Small Town Radio, Inc. (OTC: STWI) (the "Company") today announced that its 1 for 100 reverse split of its common stock and name change to Tombstone Western Resources, Inc. will be effective upon the open of trading on May 12, 2006. The company's common stock will begin trading on a split-adjusted basis under the new trading symbol "TBWR" (OTC: TBWR).
As a result of the reverse stock split, each 100 shares of issued and outstanding common stock as of the close of trading on today's close shall be automatically converted into one share of common stock. The number of shares of the Company's common stock issued and outstanding will be reduced from approximately 27 million shares as of May 11, 2006 to approximately 270,000 shares post-reverse-split. The number of shares of common stock subject to outstanding options and warrants issued by the Company will also be reduced proportionately. No fractional shares will be issued in connection with the reverse split. Stockholders who would be entitled to fractional shares will receive a whole share of common stock in lieu of receiving fractional shares.
About the Company
The Company, as Tombstone Western Resources, Inc., intends to explore opportunities in gold, silver and similar natural resources and has had negotiations with several mining companies about consolidating resources

TBWR was an empty shell and STWI did a r/s and took over the shell. Good way to dilute and then screw the shareholders...
