got this from another board...

Alberto strengthening slightly

4:56 a.m. ET 6/12/2006
Matthew Newman, Sr. Meteorologist, The Weather Channel
Tropical Storm Alberto, now 275 miles SSW of Apalachicola, continues to churn in the Gulf of Mexico. Thunderstorms have developed closer to the center of the storm during the past few hours and some slight strengthening has occurred. A tropical storm warning has now been issued for portions of the Florida coastline from Indian Pass to Englewood. Tropical storm watches remain in effect from Englewood to Bonita Beach. The main concern from Alberto is the heavy rainfall anticipated. Rainfall on the magnitude of 5 to 10 inches could fall through Tuesday. While this rain will help ease the dry weather, flooding is a concern and flood watches are posted across portions of the peninsula.
The eastern Pacific remains quiet and tropical storm development is not anticipated in the near future.

The Season Ahead

Experts say the 2006 season could be another very active one. The latest forecast from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) calls for 13-16 total storms, 8-10 hurricanes, and 4-6 major hurricanes (Category 3 or higher).

NLST and WEGI are great when hurrincane are imminent. Now that the recent threat has passed, we'll have to keep watch and grab them up when the time is ripe!

Price movement based on imminent storms?

That is no indicator....

Katrina is and has been over for how long, but the clean up still goes on...

The cycle for NLST will show it's peak in Late August...

I'm in this too. Got in at .32 or so. Not much of a position but looking to acquire more sometime. Looking at the 1 year chart is what sold me, that and revenues from last year are just now starting to be paid. Of all the hurricane plays this one looked the sweetest!

I know this is a closely watched stock with the hurricanes and floods and all, but this now looks like a good chart play too.

Check it out...

Bollinger bands are pinching, MA200 is dropping, williams is turning up, RSI bounced off 50 and is heading up, CCI shows it's almost oversold and yesterday there was an upper cross/upper doji and a hammer today.

IMHO, this is going to pop!

Who's rooting for a devastating hurricane?

NLST is the only one I am giving time too...

among all my other duds, this one is probably the best one.
