Been adding a little here and there. At $125k per 1/4 of unit ownership for the Belize property, That's $500k/unit with 96 units = $48mil in revenues, not sure how much they cost to make, but it can't be that much in Belize. Say they only make $50k per unit, that would be $4.8mil in profits with 82mil O/S = $0.06 pps - on just this one deal they are working on, they already have the property.
5mil tradeable is fantastic.

im acutally gonna try to get in at .008. The CEO has a nice background. He worked for Smith Barney and some internet start up and the government. He prolly knows how to get the PPS up without ruining the company. see if the buy goes through. got 110,000 volume btw.
