Right! This volume is killer. Watch for it to drop off tomorrow morning sometime, though.
I almost sold today *.011, but kept looking at the volume creeping up and the amount of buys! Decided to hang on for one more day to see what it brings.

Publishing Division:
As part of our restructuring we are pleased to announce the launching of our publishing business as part of the entertainment business unit. We are launching the publishing division with the acquisition of three unpublished novels, and we are in negotiations for a fourth. The three unpublished novels are action adventure focused and were written to appeal to all demographics. We estimate that the first novel will be published within the next 60 days after proofing and a cover is designed. More details of this acquisition will be forthcoming as they develop.

We are actively seeking our own permanent space to conduct our business. Since our organization we have used our attorney's office rent free to save capital. However, we realized to achieve our business objectives we must now have our own space. As soon as a suitable space is found we intend to negotiate an affordable lease.

As a policy the company does not comment on the stock price nor does the company make any projections regarding stock price. We instead choose to focus on growing and building the business and focus on factors which we have control over.

Merger and Acquisition Initiatives:
We are implementing our mergers and acquisition initiatives to increase shareholder value by the formation of an investment subsidiary, Global 1 Investment Corporation, which will be used to fund and spin off companies that are seeking to gain a publicly traded profile with a distribution of a portion of the retained equity as a dividend to our shareholder base. Global 1 will be capitalized via a stock swap equity infusion of capital, the details which are currently being finalized. Once capitalized and operational, a dividend will be declared and a pink sheet listing will be sought.
Entertainment Business Unit:
We have reached a tentative agreement with a joint venture partner in the entertainment industry that we will finance and produce several projects with. A joint venture agreement and letter of intent is being negotiated and should be reached shortly.
Real Estate Business Unit:
Our REO Fund will be formed this week and the REG D--Rule 504 offering documentation is being completed for filing shortly. Once capitalized, the REO Fund will structure financial instruments that will be used to acquire distressed assets at a significant discount to the market price.
