If the MM's 'drove' this down on purpose...it would seem to me that they must not have many shares then. They lose too if the shares they hold drop in value.

agree. they are PR friendly, and seem to keep watch on stockholder sentiment. I expect an explanatory PR to follow soon...JMO

i would have figured i'd have learned my lesson by now and took profits SOMEWHERE along the road we had to .0057, but alas, i did not. in at .0014 in early May i believe it was, out at .0015 early June. i swear.. greed is the hardest thing to overcome. I support BlindMellon's posts wholeheartedly, i feel this r/s will definitely happen, and maybe after that sinks in and is reflected in price, will be a good opportunity to jump back on before all the real SIIR and Never Submit noise.. at least im not holding the bag like many of you =P

I will offer this small piece of advice. Never hold a penny stock! NEVER. If you buy a penny, you should immediately place it back for sell at a fixed price and wait. That's what I usually do. I'll tack on 20 - 40% and put in a sell order. Now I did not do it with IPRE. I felt sure this thing was on its way to .10. I just didn't realize it would be done through a r/s! I still believe in the company and their potential to make shareholders a lot of money. On the flipside, I have never had a penny make money for me after a r/s. Take that for what it's worth. I will sell if the pps goes up a little and buy this back when it tanks again...and it will. Hoping to sell at .002 since I am averaged at .0013 or so. Good luck to all holders. Patience may be the key here. Something I lack!!!

Well I must admit I wasn't thrilled about the PR and todays performance, BUT maybe this might not be the worst thing in the world.
Why did the majority of you get in this one in the first place?? Because (hopefully) you did your DD and you loved what you saw like I did. One pretty successful movie drove this up to .19, now they have 4 in the works, 2 of which should be pretty huge IMO, and other deals in the works such as the mobile content etc...There's no doubt in my mind that this company is WAY undervalued and at this price, there's just WAY too many flippers and daytraders and MM's manipulating the price of this stock. This is a young company with very good things ahead and something has to be done to make take this company where they deserve to go. With all the shares out there, they would most likely never see the big boards, which I think is very possible, and it would take a boatload of time and news to drive the pps to where we all hope it will go, and where I think it deserves to go.
Now I understand that the golden rule is not to hold pennies for too long and never to make them a long term investment, but in this case I disagree and if you got in this for the same reason I did, I have trouble seeing why so many people are upset. Granted, a R/S with a penny stock is usually a disaster, but in this case it just might be the answer. "IF" everything works out and these movies are successful and some nice deals are made and the shares are decreased and manipulation ceased, I don't find it hard to believe this will be trading well above a dollar by next year.
Now that is just my opinion and take it for what it's worth. I'm not thrilled about all this and I hope it doesn't go through to be honest, but I'm in at .0007 and holding all the way. I can easily sell for 100% gain, but that's not why I got in this and I do believe in this company and think the CEO will do the right thing. He is very upfront and honest, which is rare here in pennyland.

The OS they post on their site is 204 million. Let's say it's 210 million. To get to over a penny right now would require a 6 or 7 for one RS. That would leave an OS of about 30 million.
How long do you think the pps would stay above a penny...a week...2 weeks? Do you really think that moving the pps to a penny would change what the day traders and MM's are doing? I don't think so.
With that logic none of the stocks currently over a penny are being flipped or manipulated by MM's. Do you think that is true?
Oh...maybe do an RS that gets the pps to .05. Then the OS would be about 6 million. What happens to liquidity? And at .05 I believe the pps would STILL fall to a lower level.
I might very well be wrong...but 204 million is not a ridiculous OS for a company that supposedly will make good profits and won't/shouldn't need to dilute any further in the near term. JMO It just seems fishy to me.

not to put you down thats easy to say if your holding free shares also i would love to see a dollar for this stock but lets be relistic about it in your own words you say might,maybe,and what if this is penny land and the odds are against us.play it how you see it and trust no one

The current stock price is..oops... was at a level that was comensurate with the information provided by IPRE.
It came from a low of below .001, jumped to .005 and then retraced and stabilized as we waited for more (Hopefully) good news.
There was no news until today.
Then along with the news we get a possible knife in the back (my viewpoint).
The stock tanks.
The more I think about it, the more I am beginning to think that the management of IPRE are real newbies at running a capitalized company.
The PR today should have been exactly the same without a mention of a vote to authorize an RS. UNLESS they know something we don't and are postioning themselves.
The allegded comments posted by millionaire that the RS would be done to combat the so called flipping and MM manipulation seems specious to me.
Whatever...what will be will be....sigh.

If for some reason the RS gods didn't notice and the pps STAYED at the new price and traded up from there...we would all be in heaven. But that virtually NEVER HAPPENS.
I'm not suggesting that anyone panic and sell. By all means keep a very close eye on the stock and make an INFORMED decision in whatever you do.
