also i dont think this changes any thing tons of movies go a little over budget dosent mean they dont make money.thats if its true.also i havent heard anything neg. on this stock from subpennyradio

In the final analysis it's public knowledge and because Mr. Hergott is up front with everything, I have confidence that at a minmum we'll be treated in a fair and open manner.
That's a lot more than many of the scam pennies provide.

With a project like this the 'budget' is an educated guess. You don't give up late in the game because you have to spend a little more than you wanted to. (10 percent)

what is commical is how many dollars i lose in this thing daily, i sure hope something happens soon i sure could use it, i just hope some of the expectations come true, any news on cannes

re-read my post on page 38, it was from a letter off *********************** dot com. we won't be seeing confirmation of a deal as soon as some hope, but they may release some ballpark figures of the offers/negotiations they are going through.

thanks, one more thing i was wondering though, after watching the trailer of last years film, and watching this years trailer, there was a huge difference, this year we have 3 other upcoming films to be released, with some good producers and tech guys, so my question is if last years film jumped to .19, do you guys think that with good news from this film, and expectations on the next 3, we should pass the .19 mark and go up, maybe considerably higher, does that sound logical or is that just me dreaming

"The idea of showing the trailer to buyers at the market was not to secure a sales contract right away, because we cannot sell a film that has not yet been completed," said Kenneth Eade, Executive Producer. "Our objective was to create an interest in the film, which most buyers reacted to as 'a big movie' after having seen the trailer. This is the beginning of a long term marketing strategy that began in Cannes and will conclude in February at the Berlin Film Market," said Eade. "When asked by one distributor who asked what our strategy was, I told him that it was 'not to give it to anyone for awhile.' This is a much too high quality film to give to just anyone," he added.

"Never Submit" is a movie which portrays the thrill of victory and agony of defeat within the sport. The story is set in a tournament setting similar to the movie "Bloodsport" but rather than exploiting the sport as underground no-holds-barred fighting, it seeks to portray the sport in a realistic and positive light.
