Dalton, this just goes to show that none of us know for sure.
When you wrote this IPRE was at .0041 and closed at .0042
FPPL was as at .0125 and closed at .012
None of us can be sure. Just like IPRE going to .01 or .10 or even higher. Nobody can say it won't happen with any certainty.
