L2's are a break down of the bid and ask prices of all the market makers aswell as the order sizes and times. On a regular streamer you only see the current bid/ask L2's give you access to see how the Market Makers (MM's) are all lined up. Hope that helps.

I asked the same question and was recomended by several to the penny trading system by Donny Lowy. I found mine new on Ebay for 12.00 I havent received it yet but everyone is very positive about ti. Sorry not much help just a line from a fellow trader.
