Homeland Security stocks will receive funding.

The best Homeland stock in my book is HMSC as they acquire companies and have a solid connection with government ties.

Nope, as a matter of fact, we as investors voted for the increase in the float so McMillen could fund the buying of several companies. McMillen came to the stockholders and said here is the deal and we all voted to give him the means to make it happen. That float will be eaten up as the value of the company increases and more and more companies are acquired by HMSC. This is not a one day get rich stock. It is a long term hold, ups and downs, gradual to the top type of stock.
