I will be moving off until later as well. I have realized that their CEO has been a total joke and has not been straight from the start. In the meantime, I will re-enter the stock once the company gets their act together.

Btw: for those looking to sell, make sure you sell on the ask side and not the bid as you will total lose out. MM's want to cover their positions at the end of the day so always set your sell at the ask.

I still think there is potential here, but until I see something substancial Mr. Tallant will go down in my book as a lier.

This one is going to probably rebound. Now I am thinking about getting back in lol at today's price. I am going to try and get back on Monday as this price is definitely from panic selling.

Here was my email reply from Mr.Tallant today:
"Here is what is going on. our rig that is coming from Jerry Scott Drilling is a new rig and has encountered some problems. We hope to have it on site asap. Our auditor has not gotten the final audit to our SEC attorney so that he coud effect the filings. These things are out of our control, but we are doing our best. We hope to have the rig drilling and our filings completed soon. Sorry for the delay. Thank you, Doug Tallant
I still think this is a stock that is going to fly if all pans out. Now the big question is when and at what price to take a position. I like the price where it is at right now.

Well to begin this post, lets start with a definition:
Insider Trading: "Insider trading" is buying or selling a security while having material, nonpublic information about the security, in breach of a fiduciary duty or other relationship of trust and confidence. Insider trading may also include "tipping" such information, securities trading by the person "tipped," and securities trading by persons who misappropriate such information. Insider trading is a felony, and the SEC can levy large civil penalties for violations.
In my opinion, the email that I recieved and the one Rules just posted are information that is NOT public and was used in a fashion that drove the price of the stock down. All I did was write a simple email to the company and what I got back was information THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN PR'D (including the info Rules recieved above). I cannot believe this dog and pony show has not been shut down by the SEC. This is corporate negligence to the tee. And to top this all off, I think I could write better PR's blindfolded. I am out...those of you that dont like what I wrote can go join ragingbull with all the other 2nd hand information fluzzies.

In regards to the private messages I have been getting, I am done researching this company. I closed all positions a week and a half ago when I saw FDEG had no permits with the oil/gas commission. The email Mr.Tallant sent me only confirms my suspecions.
