OCALA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 2, 2006--Vision Works Media Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets: VWKM - News) and wholly owned subsidiary New Screen TV, Inc., the new independent film-dedicated TV channel, have announced a 15 percent stock dividend to shareholders of record on June 1, 2006. Shareholders of record on June 1, 2006 will be issued 1.5 million shares of VWKM stock for each 10 Million shares that are owned on June 1, 2006. Company policy is no reverse stock splits. This action is being done to reward shareholders for their loyal following of the company. New Screen TV's focus is on signing affiliates to the company's Television basic cable service and Video On Demand. New Screen TV has contracts to be available in Texas, Florida, Montana, Minnesota, Iowa and Arizona. Distribution of New Screen TV is via the SES-Americom AMC-10 satellite.
New Screen TV is the first truly independent film channel that programs independent movies, documentaries, specials, series, concerts, music videos and productions.
