I hate you. I sold all my shares this morning because you put out that article about WNMI being run by a pump and dumper.

In 5 years Über Models has become one of the most successful agencies in the US. Originally created as strictly a web based entity, Über has enjoyed phenomenal growth in both its full service and placement markets.
Recently, Über has merged with L.A.'s top boutique agency Warning Model Management. The reinvented agency, Über-Warning Models, competitively books models for print, runway and showroom internationally.
Our talent standards adhere to strict guidelines in order to provide the best models for any clients needs. Whether you are interested in walking the runways of Fashion Week or spokes-modeling for commercial products, you might have what it takes to be part of the Über-Warning family. Our agency places talent in a variety of categories: Über-Warning Women- women's top model board, Über-Warning Men- men's top model board or The Über Girl- talent, commercial and promotional.
We appreciate your interest in our agency and we hope that we will be able to form a long lasting professional relationship. Thanks!

Thank you for your inquiry about our announcement of March 21st about the pending acquisition of All Staffing by Warning Management Services.
We anticipate closing the transaction sometime prior to June 30th.
If you are a customer of All Staffing, you can expect the same quality of service from All Staffing. Once we become part of Warning, however, we expect to add another dimension of service and support to our customers and employees.
All Staffing is a privately held company. Joining with Warning changes our status to that of a subsidiary of Warning whose shares are publicly traded. Once again, no operational changes are anticipated; as part of a larger company with access to additional capital, however, we expect to provide expanded products and services to our clients and to provide even better benefits to our employees.
Once again, thank you for your interest in All Staffing. [2006-03-27]

We need some updates to continue the run like filings and/or all staffing purchase. I was looking at the chart again and noticed the 50MA and 200MA did cross less then 1 year ago when it went to a high of .0024 then came back down again under .001. I would be very careful and be prepared if we dont see news this could come back down and if it does then i will be buying more.
