Bought a little of this at .001 today. It's a pos, but I liked the recent numbers. Delisted from OTCBB last Feb, now a pink. Looking back on volume to Feb they don't appear to be diluting. If they have it isn't 100's of millions.
From their last 10Q :
Indicate the number of shares outstanding of each of the Registrant's classes of common stock, as of September 30, 2005: common stock, $0.001 par value - 126,674,820
Grant it, that was almost a year ago, but based on volume for the last 6 months I think one can safely assume there aren't billions O/S. No way of knowing what's out there now. It's a gamble, but should bounce.

I put it out there for consideration. It is entirely up to you. Based on my observations and expereinces looking at the volume and price today, I bought at .001. Doubt if it goes below that before advancing 50 to 100% from .001. It's setting at .0014, I think it catches first resistance at .002, and again at .0024. It's not a tenbagger, but it's money. probably a double for me, close to it. I certainly don't have much exposure or downside.

Appreciate the compliment, rob, but you haven't been following my recent picks I hope. LOL The Summer, since beginning of May has not been friendly to my system. IGAI saved my butt. MM's took their time with IGAI, false started it a few times before the real deal. MY system identified BANY as a possible at .0051, now at .007, looks like .01 is very possible. ITRO, identified Friday, did go for 45% at todays HOD. I have been hesitant to be more emphatic than "watch", because they have been bringing stocks down hard and holding them down. I can only identify posibilities, and not guarantee how much, or if they go. IGAI I was sure of, but it took every bit of my faith, probably more like hope. LOL

Don't thank me yet, it has some proving to do. I always worry when I see unusual volume on a pink. Very difficult to determine if it is MM manipulation, real interest, whether it be up or down pressure, or the dreaded DILUTION.
Pinks are gambles. I wouldn't be looking to be greedy here.
