WOW, Hey OIlDOG!
Why would an investment company[s] buy 11 million shares of a company that is running a scam? Maybe you can enlighten us as to why that transaction would take place! I'm sure you know more than they do about this company.

Pilgrim Petroleum Corporation (Pink Sheets:PGPM), an independent oil and gas company, announced today that the company has agreed to sell 11 million shares of its common stock to Energy Source Private Equities Fund from Toronto, Canada and TJ Management Group with offices in Texas, New York, California, at an average 10 cents per share for a total of $500,000.

the math in the PR is wrong
check for your self!!!!
$500,000/.10 per share = 5,000,000 shares
so did they get 6 million free?
math doesn't add up
just like most of the PRs they have released
something just seems fishy here!!!!

will they buy these shares on the open market?, is it a private placement?, will they buy them a million at a time over the next 11 months?, maybe the " .10 " figure used was the 30 day average price? and the 500K$ figure based on the current price trend?, who knows!, these PR`s always seem lacking!

madmoney, basically they are getting a $500,000 loan with shares. They have 4 "toxic financing" companies involved now. Is he that smart? Have 4 so "one" cant send them into a death spiral? I think not.On the other hand, you wouldnt believe the "networking" I've uncovered over the past months tracking Pino and his "mentors",Vilnis Laurins & Nicholais Botha. They'll "trade" stock or supposed money between seemingly unrelated companies.

Copyright Business Wire 2006
IRVING, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 22, 2006--

Pilgrim Petroleum Corporation (Pink Sheets:PGPM), an independent oil and gas company, announced today the commencement of a program to re-enter and rework 23 wells previously shut in on its Meldon White property, located in Archer County, Texas. These wells, originally drilled by Tillman Oil Company will be re-opened to add to the production of approximately 1800 barrels per month from the wells on this lease that have been previously drilled. The company hopes to reestablish production at the rate of 5 wells per month and anticipates production of 4 to 7 barrels of oil per day from each well. This would add at least 250 barrels per day when the project is completed, or 7500 barrels per month. However this figure will not include new wells to be drilled in the same area.

An earlier release!

Pilgrim Petroleum Announces Contract With Basic Energy Services
Pilgrim Petroleum (Pink Sheets:PGPM) is pleased to announce an exclusive contract with Basic Energy Services (NYSE:BAS). Basic Energy, headquartered in Midland, Texas, is the nation's third largest well servicing contractor providing well repair, workover and completion services.

Effective today, Basic Energy will be providing general services on approximately 20 to 60 wells on four of our more important leases (Hooks, Lockrige, Climax, Morgan) and the reactivation of the White Meldon lease. We would like to increase our current production with an additional up to 60 currently non-operated wells. This will create extraordinary revenue income, in addition to increasing our proven reserves in a short amount of time.

Rafael Pinedo, President and CEO of Pilgrim Petroleum Corporation, commented, "We are looking forward to working with Basic Services; they bring a solid reputation for quality service with good people and equipment."

Don't know where they get the "to add to the production of approximately 1800 barrels per month from the wells on this lease that have been previously drilled." Unless he talking about the field their in, THEY sure don't have 1800 bbls per month!!
Heres the production data for the past 16 months for their leases. The Lily Hooks is the only one producing anything, 470 bbls since Jan '05. And they have a 20% working interest at that! The guy sure struts & gobbles doesnt he!

Oildog...you evidently believe that PGPM is lying in their PR's...Isn't that against the law?
You claim to be here to EXPOSE the company for what they really are...then why don't you file a complaint with the SEC instead of posting your beliefs on this message board?

From another board!

Will go higher than .14 if it ever gets going again. I talked to Eddie today, dont know why, I just got bored but anyways. Pilgrim is preparing additional well projects while they wait for the final Gustavson report. I even mentioned Dividends and he said it has been brought up. It isnt as crazy as it sounds. Remember there are only 10 employees and they have very little debt. They have already surpassed last years revenues and expect to 10 fold them by December. If and when they do they are considering a very small dividend like .002. or .003 to pay back investors that have stuck with them. They are on track to bring in 8 million in revenues this year and there employees all have alot of shares so dividends would benefit everyone in the short term. It will bring in more investors which increases the stock vaule and there personal portfolios and makes the company a value. If they aquire an additional 7,000 acres then we can assume 15-20 million next year. They are also leasing an old pipeline right now that they are using to transport teh oil as well as a Transportation comp. out of San Antonio to go and pick up oil that is being stockpiled at other wells. It may all work out

This stock performed disgustingly!!
Need to EMAIL Pinedo * rpinedo*bpetroleum.com and let him know we have him figured out.
He goes on all stations - PUMPS BIG TIME - tells everyone how out of debt they are and what effective, inexpensive, and effeicient means they have to get this oil out of capped wells.
THEN- BOOM - IN TWO WEEKS THE STOCK GETS TRAMPLED TO LESS THAN HALF IT'S WORTH.!
What an unadulterated CROOK! SIC 'IM!!

What's there to buy -
The Big Oil Co.'s have discarded the capped wells of old.
PGPM has gone in and picked these back up since new devices have come out that reveal exactly what is left in those old wells that the Big guys capped and mived on [NOT KNOWING].Plis, since they have already been drilled - thattime in labor and expense is removed and PGPM can work efficiently to remove the leftovers which can be very profitable.
The big guys could take on a Co. as such as a subsidiary [more profit a less expense to them].

What I do not like is that Pinedo & Co. told us all this magnificent hype on web-video, in press releases and then Suddenly the stock is 1/3 of what it was inside of two weeks.
Then a press release comes out saying they hired this expensive Co. to check this out.

I'm not too sure about his 'INTENTIONS' and his kind, honest demeanor now is looking fraudulent in my eyes.
They should be well on the way to profits since I picked this monkey up and it has degenerated andd looks worse by day and I would never buy more - JUST BECAUSE OF HOW HE HANDLED IT.!!

Sirius Satellite did the same to it's investors and I wouldn't buy that garbage nor could you even give it to me BRCAUSE OF THE LACK OF INTEGRITY AND HONESTY in the way they PUMPED AND DUMPED.
Lots to learn about these DOGS and how they do people that are good and believing.!

yep.
11th they will be filling with the SEC for OTC BB, get off the pink sheets. They need a nearly complete Gustavson report to do that(auditing), so that means its nearly done(only add value). Expecting a good PR maybe late monday or tuesday.

Also, heard a rumor they leased a pipeline with the $$$$ from that private placement sale.

Gearing up to be an interesting next 2 weeks. Glad a pick up a tiny bit cheap. Seems like we'll only get good news at them moment & the only place this will go is up? I guess we'll see what comes down the road. Hope i made the right moves.

good luck to all!
