Integrated Technology Group Inc. Executes Letter of Intent to Acquire Knight Energy Corp. Integrated Technology Group Inc., ticker symbol (OTC:ITGI), announced that its management has executed a letter of intent to acquire all the issued and outstanding capital stock of Knight Energy Corp. (Knight) based in Coppell, Texas.
Knight Energy Corp. (Knight) is a holding company that operates and develops energy related businesses and assets. In March of 2006, Knight acquired a 75% equity interest in an independent oil and gas services company that owns an executed lease agreement among other assets in Stephens County, Texas. The lease agreement contains approximately 160 acres that include four producing natural gas wells. Stephens County has been a successful producer of oil and gas over the last fifty years.
Knight also purchased and is managing its own drilling rig that will be used to drill additional wells on the current leased property as well as other potential properties that Knight is reviewing for consideration.

Looking outside the box of picks that have been making the rounds for the last month here are a couple to take a look at that I believe have a lot of upside.
It is but what exactly makes this a good play? They fired their CEO and are looking for a new one.
Moved into a smaller location and cut staffing.
From a chart stand point it looks like the RSI is bouncing off the 50 in the wrong direction there isn't anything that looks postive in the MACD and volume is declining.
Help me out here because I can't find much to get excited about.

CLBE - unusual volume at last 30 min of trading... 2/3 of day volume... up to 7%... no recent news... Friday volume 1.83m; average - 200-300k per day Watch it close on Monday...

There isn't anything I can find to suggest why the increase in volume. The volume was to big to be a group play. Something is up. The question is what. The volume should trigger a lot of alerts. Have a feeling this will be getting a look for Monday. Could easily breakout.

- Suppourt at 0.015 - Resistance at 0.02 - Downtrend coming to the suppourt line is called a wedge. - MacD looking pretty bad. If the black line crosses the red line above the 0 level it will be bullish and the bar charts need to cross over 0 as well. - The candle on friday WOULD have been a doji if there was no gap up but still represents the sentiment of a doji...buyers are equalling sellers and the trend may be coming to an end. This needs confirmation on monday though. We had golden cross start on friday so we will see how that lasts for this week. - Williams %R in oversold area for a while so we could be building for another run. RSI at a good level for the next run up IMO. - News of the product launch would change the whole chart lol.
