Don't bet too much on it. I see one disturbing thing, and maybe someone can help me with it, and educate me. I noticed it has not filed yet, thus the "E". but I also noticed it did not file a Form NT-10. Does that mean they do not intend to file a Form 10 eventually, and are inviting not being a reporting comapny in the future?

SCAM GUYS...avoid this stock. I have never been able to get in touch with anyone from this company after multiple e-mails/calls. If you look back a few years this company used to be run by one of the biggest scam masters in the market and although since it has "changed hands" I am still willing to bet he has a lot to do with it.

Here is the court order after he was tried on the different counted of this scam, he can no longer be management in a publicly traded company (for the next 5 years) but like I said, I think he still has hands in this one.
