I don't see any problems with the PR. This would lead me to believe there was serious profit taking today. I was riding free, but took a larger position at .05.

I dont own this but saw this headline on Yahoo and wanted to pass it on. I know that the news came out earlier but the prez down there is serious. LA PAZ, Bolivia - President Evo Morales ordered soldiers to occupy Bolivia's natural gas fields Monday and threatened to evict foreign companies unless they give Bolivia control over the entire chain of production.

Franklin Mining, Inc. (FMNJ : franklin mng inc com May 2,2006 8:46am FMNJ0.05, -0.04, -44.4%) CEO Jaime Melgarejo issued the following statement concerning news reports of Bolivia's military having taken control of gas fields. "On Monday, May 1, 2006, President Evo Morales ordered the military and executives of YPFB to take control of Bolivia's energy industry including gas fields, pipelines and refineries. This action was not altogether unexpected in that one of President Morales' campaign promises was to nationalize the natural gas industry if elected. President Morales has also repeatedly said he will not expropriate foreign companies' assets. "Franklin Mining's newly formed subsidiary, Franklin Oil & Gas, Bolivia, is a Bolivian corporation and has previously signed a Memorandum of Understanding with YPFB for construction and operation of a gas-to-liquid plant in the Santa Cruz department. Our MOU appears to be in full accord with requirements of President Morales' decree. "Franklin Oil & Gas, Bolivia continues working with their La Paz attorney, Quintanilla & Soria, and continues to move forward with implementation of our YPFB partnership agreement. The Franklin Oil & Gas, Bolivia and YPFB partnership MOU signed last week might be the first new operating contract under President Morales' May 1 decree. "Whether or not our partnership agreement is recognized as the energy industry's first new operating contract, we are honored to have been chosen by YPFB to be their partners in constructing and operating Bolivia's first gas-to-liquid plant producing diesel fuel and other natural gas liquids."

Hello folks, I just wanted to put in my 2 cents on why I bought RSHN stocks and why the longish on this will be very very very wealthly in a couple of years.
1. Being a business school student, I know the biggest choking block of a successful product is the production ability. Now this problem will lesson due to new money coming in the company. (e.g. Toyota hogging all the batteries for Hybrid cars. Ford was complaining that then don’t have enough supply to outfit more models.) 2. I think UBSS is successful at what they are doing due to the fact that a lot of people had shares when the price was at .0000x levels (unfortunately I bought it at a very high price at .006x range). To them, they already made a hefty profit so it wouldn’t hurt to sell some of it. I think people got discouraged when this hit a penny a while back and came back down. 3. We really don’t know the specifics about the Texas deal except the fact the distributors also supply the 7-11 stores. One thing to keep in mind, EVERYTHING IS BIG IN TEXAS. Trust me, I just graduated from UT Austin, and that statement is definitely true including their pocket books. If Texas was a separate country (2 years ago), their economy would have been the 12th biggest in the world. Samsung just added $500 million to their semi-conductor plant in Austin, Toyota just opened a new facility in San Antonio, and oh yeah who can forget all the oil companies. Exxon headquarters are in Dallas, Halliburton and the gang are from Houston, etc… 4. All we really need is Texas, California, Florida, and New York to have adequate distribution to have a successful launch in US. Japan and China are on way to give this company a good start. 5. I think people are forgetting the importance of the RushNet owning E-Water. I can just imagine the marketing folks at Desani (Coca-Cola owns it) drooling over an ad than can take over Gatorade and Aquafina (both Pepsi owned). E-Water is the best of both worlds and Coca-Cola needs a product like this to put is schools to satisfy (the most profitable) teenage market. Just the rights to make E-water could be worth billions over time. 6. If we take the worst case scenario about 6 billion O/S being true, it is not hard to imagine this stock hitting higher than $1. This would mean the company is worth $6 Billion but doesn’t mean the company need to have that much in revenue (e.g. Google, Microsoft….). As long as the share holders think that the company has a good future (which is does), the price is sustainable. I bet it will be more than a $1 in about 3 years…. 7. I can keep on going with the list. The truth is, I am at work so need to do some work till RSHN hits a buck If you don’t think these reasons are enough to hold the stock for long, wait till next week to sell (that is when I get paid)…. Also stock up on some Corona, Cinco de Mayo is tomorrow. Ya’ll can drink some E-water once the hangover is over on Saturday.
