thought i would dust this one off to see if anyone has anything to discuss.

There has been strong speculation that the LONG awaited financials are completed and a PR campaign is soon to begin..

Rumor or fact....what say you?

Their place is only about an hour drive from my house. If I just knew I could learn something from talking to someone, I'd drive over there. Hell I been holding since 03/05.

Funny you guys dusted off PLNI today. I tried to pick up a few more shares during a bout of activity today. No way. So finally set a gtc and the bid stabilized above me.

Has the float changed? I don't know for sure, but I don't think so. If they are diluting, then so be it... but again, I don't think they are. PLNI isn't 2 years old. Did you buy while it was Wicklund before the forward split, DQ? I wasn't so lucky as that, got in after the symbol change.

I still think good things are ahead for PLNI, and I'm willing to ride this one into the dirt. A lot of companies are unable to uplist for one reason or another, but I think they would have announced bad news a long time ago, took the hit, and carried on as usual. This is not the case. Hope you hang onto this worn handle for a while longer.

Waiting, in the dark, like everybody else. ...Willing to listen to all free rumors and all free facts...

Hi QBID, maybe you can pay them a visit. Go in and ask for the sales rep. Talk to him about a big order, say $500,000 for a buddy in Jamaica. Your Buddy is considering looking into building a structure that will not corrode on the beach area...ect and needs the rebar. Ask him an estimated time, to get a feel for any back logs and production rate, and then, if they do many orders of that magnitude...ect

Still too many unfulfilled promises to make this attractive. Somebody is hiding something, or the financials would have been out a long time ago. I'm not even an accountant, and it wouldnt take me this long to learn how and do the books.

Killing time, I read over their websites "About Us" page and thought I'd just have a little fun editing the last paragraph.

from this: Plasticon International has succeeded in establishing itself as one of the oldest companies in the emerging and expanding recycled plastics business. Now the company needs to build on its successful history and move to the next level by developing an aggressive marketing program. This program includes increasing inventory, additional working capital to support increasing sales, expanding our marketing initiative, and acquiring additional manufacturing equipment and distribution outlets. This new financing would help secure an increase in sales, resulting from an increase in working capital, dramatically improving the net income. Since net loss carry forwards are available, this increase in income could be reinvested in the company and/or reduce debt as appropriate. These reasons mentioned here describe the need and benefits of new financing.

Now the company needs to build on the newbies money and its successful history and move to the next level of diluting by developing jive ass fluff PR’s about our aggressive marketing program. This so called program includes increasing inventory PR’s, hustling up additional working capital by diluting more shares to support increasing sales from our old and tired salesforce, expand our lame ass marketing initiative, and acquire additional paint for our dilapidated manufacturing equipment and distribution outlets. This new financing would help secure an increase in party funds for our 17 year sales team, resulting from an increase in working the fluff PR’s for capital, dramatically improving the net income for Jim’s vacation getaways and his collection of fast cars. Since net loss carry forwards are available, this increase in income could be reinvested in the company and/or reduce debt as appropriate, but why in the hell would we want to do that, we’re having too much fun spending investors money. These reasons mentioned here describe the need and benefits of new financing too support our ongoing party habbits, so please...continue to invest.

hey bear and all....welcome to this little thread.

Wasn't sure about bringing ole PLNI back up since the entire debacle of the last 6 months.

Have a good feel from other longs that we may be finally be getting to the end of the tunnel on this one. I hope what awaits us is not a fast moving train.

BTW...some other gossip...Turek has had some sort of heart surgery. Apparently he was out of commission for a few days. Could have been the reason for delay.....

Glad to see the posts....I hope our little investment <g> bears fruit (no pun intended bear)

AMERICAN BULLS POSTED FOR MONDAY

PLNI

PLASTICON INTL INC
Daily Commentary

Our system posted a BUY-IF today. The previous SELL recommendation was issued on 04.12.2006 (9) days ago, when the stock price was 0.0050. Since then PLNI has fallen -8.0 %

A bullish pattern has developed and a BUY-IF alert is issued today. The task is now to confirm the validity of this bullish pattern. We will guide you through this process but the prime star of this game is nobody but you. First you must do your homework. A good starting point may be to keep an eye on after-hours and futures trading to get preliminary hints about the direction of the market. Related news, events, economic data, and the world stock markets should also be closely followed prior to confirmation session.

There are three possible cases of confirmation. You have to follow the next session carefully to check if these cases will hold or not:

The market opens with an upward gap, signaling a bullish sentiment in the first case. Your benchmark will be the opening price. If the prices stay over the benchmark, go long. Any white candlestick with an upward gap is a valid confirmation criterion.

In the second case, the market opens at a level, equal to or below the previous day’s close. The benchmark is that closing price. If prices during the session stay over the benchmark, go long. Any white candlestick closing above the previous day’s close is the second confirmation criterion.

If, however, in both cases, the prices during the session start coming below the benchmark, avoid buying. Sell if you feel a definite tendency in prices to close the day below the benchmark.

The third case of confirmation is rarely observed. The market opens with a big downward gap suggesting a very bearish day, and the day ends with a long white candlestick, but still closing below the previous day’s close. However, such a day satisfies the third confirmation criterion and in this case the closing price of the long white candlestick will be taken as the price of confirmation.

If one of the three confirmation criteria is not fulfilled, or in case of a black candlestick or a doji on the confirmation day, the BUY-IF alert remains valid, however without confirmation and the three confirmation criteria are then sought in the following day. The only exception is the long black candlestick. Any long black candlestick following a BUY-IF alert makes it (the signal) void and invalid.

We do not suggest any new short positions given the bullish alert. The short sellers should consider covering their positions if the market confirms the BUY-IF signal. Otherwise, existing short positions should be carried.

no news today...

PLNI's....TBLU tagged with the "E" extension for late filing.

Maybe Turek's illness had something to do with TBLU's issue??

Let's hope we hear SOMETHING this week.

Have a good week all.
