the CEO's said again recently that the dilution is ended. however, last time he said that, he later learned that it wasn't over and that the O/S had doubled from what he had said.
regardless, in my personal opinion, i think this is a really good play. the O/S has increased about 600% since November. But the price has descended a hell of a lot more than 6 times its value from that time. i wouldn't hold this thing long or anything, but i'd be willing to say it could see .0020 with a good push, and even more if it was particularly chosen to be ran by the MMs.
one to keep an eye out for, that's for sure.
good luck, all.

i'm in at .0009 i liked this thing when it was at .0013. i'm really loving the pull-down today. another new 52-week low, ain't it great? oh, i mean great for new people buying in, not for ones that have been holding for the past few weeks. for those people, this sucks, a lot. but i really have increased faith in this.
just my opinion. i think this thing will go BOOM. in due time.

it looks like the MMs like to toy with it here.. kinda tease that .0008 level. hopefully that's a good sign that they'll play a good game with it Monday, bringing it up like they did the other morning when it made the early run to .0014 or .0015.
we'll see.

April 19, 2006 - 11:21 AM EDT Imperia Entertainment Issues Shareholder Letter
Dear Shareholders,
bla bla bla,
and now the part you shoud read:
" At this point, all of the costs for the actual filming and production of the movie have been incurred and must be paid in full. This will take approximately two to three weeks to complete, and then the only recurring costs will be promotional. "

This may be old news, but I emailed the company and received these replies to my inquiry about when "Say it in Russian" will be released:
"It will probably take Another month or so to finish editing. We will be negotiating with film buyers at Cannes, and won't know any release information till deals are signed. We have three upcoming movies that we will be shooting as well.
All the best,
James
We are shooting for a release in December, but of course you know release dates are never written in stone." "James Hergott"

Caveat...I'm not in this stock, but am watching for a good entry point but,
What the hell is going on with this stock? I thought the dilution had ended but it is down to .0006 today...they are going to dilute it into oblivion

According to J Hergott, the dilution was only temporary to raise capitol for the film that went over budget. Since they are now in post production and plan on marketing this thing at Cannes, I was hoping it would be up. I believe that it will start getting a lot of attention as soon as Cannes starts and they are able to get some distribution action on it. All we can do is wait and see. I honestly think this is the best time to get in. I got another load today at .0005 and averaged down nicely. I can wait a couple of weeks for something to happen.

I originally bought in at .05. I've since averaged down to .01 counting the fees and I still think we have a good one here. The only thing I don't like is that we may have to hang on to it for a month or so.

Just saw this one today and think it has alot of potential. RSI looks nice, volume is steady and it just hit it's 52 week low. Even if it hangs around this level for a week or two if dilusion is occuring, it should easily rebound looking at the charts and seeing it's potential. You could easily double or triple your money IMO. Any thoughts? Anyone not see this one rebounding? If so, just curious as to why?
I'm gonna try and get in at these levels tommorrow. GLA

Imperia Entertainment Acquires Subsidiary Wednesday May 3, 10:01 am ET Creates Family Film Division
BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 3, 2006--Imperia Entertainment, Inc. (Pink Sheets:IPRE - News) announced today that it has acquired the majority interest in Muller Media, Inc. (Pink Sheets:MLMD - News), a film distribution company, and has recapitalized Muller with Whiskers, LLC, Imperia's subsidiary that owns "Whiskers," the family feature film in pre-production. Imperia will continue to hold its equity interest in "Whiskers" through its ownership of securities in Muller. According to a study made by the Dove Foundation of films made in the years 1989 through 2003, family films are 11 times more profitable than their R-rated counterparts. "The 'G' rating, which used to be considered a death knell for a film, now stands for Gold," said Kenneth Eade, company Chairman. "We are excited that Imperia can take advantage of this enormous market, which targets the entire family as movie-goers, as opposed to the current 50% of the market, which is composed of 12-29 year olds who frequent 'PG' rated films," he added. "Whiskers" is produced by Jordan Klein ("Flipper," "Jaws," "Cocoon") and follows the adventures of an intelligent sea lion and the family he befriends.

He diluted shares during the completion of the latest film. They have stopped diluting. He explained that they went over budget and the dilution was necessary to raise the money to complete the film. He hasn't put out prs stating this. He was answering an email from a shareholder. He answers all his emails personally. You have to have some respect for that. I have a company that plans to do business with him in some upcoming projects, or at least hopes to do business with him. James is an honest person and is taking this company into a positive direction. He doesn't have control over what people are willing to buy and sell their shares. They did, and the key word is did, add shares for the reason explained above. This stock will rise and we will all make some money on it as long as we are patient. If stated earlier that I don't necessarily like to hold onto stocks for very long, but this is an exception to my rule. The only ones that will lose are those who get nervous and sell. All in my opinion of course. Do your own DD. GLTA

LOL...does seem suspicious, doesn't it? At least it's rebounding somewhat today on that great news...We'll see if it can break over/hold the .001 mark. Has a long way to reverse when it decides to do so.

Insider trading you are going to jail =P.
Nope, didn't get any details, just that there would be a PR out. And I was wrong about the date anyway. It came out that day. I don't know any more about this company than anyone else. The only thing I do know is that I 'might' do business with them in the future and that is more of a speculative hope than anything else. He's interested in a service I have or will have and it might be something that can help them in the future with upcoming projects.
They aren't going anywhere. They will continue to make movies. Whether they will be profitable and add to the value of this stock is anybody's guess.
