We will see gaining momentum and incresing convictions from action taken, by the FBI and SEC from here on out...
These companies will crumble like a cookie, as people begin rating out others, in the Rats nest.
What good will come of this? Plenty!
Hopefully pumping schemes like CMKX/QBID will be wiped out, and honest companies will shine thru..
I know thats asking for alot, but maybe with the power of the internet to expose these scams in the future, we will finaly get down to true investing...

I copied the actual pump as a bmp,,,,,that sent fine to the SEC..
I can't put the Ledbetter e-mail with it, it won't attach as one complete file..
I checked the routing source of the e-mail and it shows ledbetters e-mail clear as day, and a couple bogus ones to make it looks like it came from somewhere else.. It even has it showing it going to a bogus e-mail address even though it came to mine...
I am going to send an e-mail to the supposed recipient. see if I get a response..

I just took pics with my digital. I'm not in GAPJ, but sure is odd that it is pumped the day before a SEC halt.

I took a pic The (TO) e-mail isn't mine, yet it came to me.. Anyone else see this happen?
I don't know why I waste my time.
Probably because they went through so many pains in trying to keep people from passing this info along. So I will have fun for the time being.

I think we should go back " to a wanted dead or alive " bounty system....
Some internet wizzards just might walk into a cash cow busting these scam operations...
Hey lets E-Mail the Scamster E-mailers back!
It's all about money anyhow....Sooooo why not get these guys to really stick their collective heads in the noose, we'll nail um in the pocket book! collect the bounties, then just sit back and let the FBI get the prosecutors to prosecute they're lame arses right into San Quentin...
An IPO " Hunt down and stop the scamsters " kind of company! "

Well, if anyone else gets one of those e-mail pumps, click on the sender info and let me know if it is Tledbetter3*citydirect.com
I just sent this info to the CAN SPAM folks... I wonder who gets the $11,000 they fine the person with.
Who would go through all the trouble of creating an e-mail document that can not be forwarded, or cut and pasted, or copied in any format.?
When you try to copy it as an image, which is how it was sent,,,,,when you go to open it, it only shows a couple lines of script from a book or a movie...

Just curious ... who is this "ledbetter" you're discussing?

pro spammers know how to use the system so that "we" can't trace 'em back, but the forensic boys can find the originating server and subpoena for more...

ya, that tracer deal works on legit stuff, but not on purposely masked items. But the pros can work with your ISP to figure stuff out--and they might, given the suspension...but we'll never know, of course...

ya, they piggyback onto all kinds of servers, most often with the owners completely ignorant. Sure, authorities and plus you prolly got a "report" feature to alert your ISP...
