According to pink sheets, it has about 12,500 shares outstanding....is that right? According to the quote above, there are 14,000. If that's right, we are about to see one of the best short squeezes ever...GOING UP!

If that O/S is correct, it's the MM's selling something they don't own. This could be sweet IMO!

Very short term well over $1. It all depends on the offer. If they offer $2, it goes to $2. I personally think $2 is an insult. The company has a proven oil reserve of $3.50 a share. Probable+Proven $11 a share. I think you get the picture. I think anyone who is not in this is a real dumb dumb. They have told you that they have a buyout offer, and the stock remains at these levels. A buyout offer is what you dream for when you are in a stock. This is the ultimate goal. I saw allot of buying but no escalation in PPS. This tells me that the MM's are backing up the truck here. They know that they are going to make at the very least 4x there money in the coming days. What more could you ask for ladies.

Remember that it's not about price per share, it's a percentage game. When you have guaranteed money staring you in the face, I'm not sure how you turn it down.

Let me see what there offer is and I will post. I feel $2-$2.50 is a fair price. Keep in mind, you can also spark a bidding war with the publicity this will get. I feel 1000% upside is not out of the question here. Read my previous posts. The company is adamant about there at the very least $3.50. PPS.

. LSMJ looks good as well. The prospect of China, and India are always promising. Coupled with the low float. I do think NDOL is a safer, better stock though, with guaranteed large returns.

I think with a share count this small, it will be hard to slow down the momentum. Don't know for sure, but I could see this going like this for a while. Keep in mind only about a million shares were traded yesterday (that's only about $20k worth). There just aren't enough to go around.

Just waiting to see which way she's going to go. I will try to move a small position in. What is driving this? News sounded good and I know float was small but man after 700% day yesterday I thought for sure it would be a massive pullback this morning.

Going up Mr. Wayne. If there were more shares there may be a pullback, but there aren't so people who want in have to buy at the ask.
