This annotated chart should help out IMO. The lower trendline i guess can be viewed in different areas so we both may be right. Just the way the person views the chart.

Best thing about SEVI, it is a "real" company. None of this "1 billion shares" or "no revenue". It has multi-million dollar revenue on 100 million shares and grows every year. The earnings conference call will refelct some big contracts that SEVI cashed in. This baby could go back to the days of .045-.055, .07 if were lucky. It is a good buy-and-hold stock too, Microsoft needs them to operate, wait til those checks show up on the 10Q's!
