Good morning - I just unsuccessfully tried three times to start up Scottrade's streaming quote service, Scottrader. Yes, I've already rebooted my computer. It just shows up with the "Scottrader Streaming Quotes" screen which you have to keep open to run the other applets.

Is anyone else having this problem this morning? Do I need to call the branch office or is there some "tech support" number somewhere?

If you have never run the streaming part, you need to maybe get the updated JAVA. the instructions are on the session page that pops up first. If you have used it before, maybe reboot the pc?
