Let's see... I have a list of those not to buy -- because I own them and they haven't moved in seemingly decades! Let's start with PABN and move on to AQCI. Been holding oodles (that's a word from Dr. Seuss's Dictionary of worthless stock buys because they never seem to move and the person who buys them is really stupid list) of INSN -- now maybe that one will do something, who knows? Have my hopes in GWGO. Go GWGO. There are many more, but they fall out of the .000 list. You want the name of a loser stock, give me a jingle.

I am saying WGFL, I have some of it and a little in VWKM, But I think WGFL's product is better and has more of a future than VWKM. But I hope we are all right on these picks. Good luck.

Quality Restaurant Ventures (OTC Pink Sheets: QRVI) today released a statement showing that system-wide sales for the first quarter of 2005 have increased 22+% over the same period of 2004. If the trend is continued, QRVI's annualized system-wide sales should be on track to exceed $17 million.
For the first quarter of 2005, QRVI's system-wide sales were $4,444,513 compared with $3,630,120 for 2004. Quality's investments last year in two fast-growing regional fast-food chains, Westshore Pizza and Famous Uncle Al's Hot Dogs (OTC Pink Sheets: FFDG), along with unit growth in its flagship brand, Sobik's Sub Shops, have boosted the company's system-sales figures and strengthened operations over the past 18 months.
"Quality reached a new plateau last year," said Dan Patterson, QRVI COO. "We've now refined our organization to accommodate the higher volumes, and all around, QRVI is much better prepared to continue our mission of growing the company further."
QRVI now provides marketing, purchasing, real estate and infra-structure services for over 70 franchisee affiliates. Significant increases in system- wide sales enable QRVI to enhance its operational efficiency and ultimately the profitability of the company and each of its affiliates. Each QRVI restaurant concept also has a number of new franchises in construction or under contract.
