CESAREA, Israel, Mar 29, 2006 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- InterAge Ltd. (Pink Sheets:ITRJ), a leading provider of integrated web marketing solutions, announced today that it signed a contract to supply all the web-based marketing needs for Play65.com (www.play65.com/EN/index.html), a Backgammon gaming web site.
Play65(tm) is a leading skills gaming company, specializing in the Backgammon gaming industry on a global level. As competition grows, Play65(tm) also sees significant growth potential in their market. Therefore, they have turned to InterAge to fulfill their web-based marketing functions.
"This is our second gaming company client in recent months," says CEO of InterAge, Kobi Freund. "We have been working successfully with PartyGaming, and our strategies and efforts are now recognized to be among the most effective in the industry. So, we're very excited to start this project with Play65(tm)."
Christiansen Capital Advisors, LLC projects that global online and skills gaming is slated for major growth through 2009. With industry revenues expected to reach over $22.5 billion, this represents a 22 per cent compound annual growth rate. Even so, there is still plenty of room for further growth of the online market, as the total global gaming market in 2009 is expected to reach $285 billion.
"InterAge has all the tools and experience needed to make a positive difference for Play65(tm)," continues Freund. "We are forging a strong position in specializing in the online and skills gaming market, as we believe that the growth potential is outstanding. This is a very large scale project, which we hope will lead to other significant investments in web-based marketing projects that InterAge can take part in."
The Company will be responsible for formulating the Internet marketing strategy for Play65, followed by positioning of the site in the marketplace and running targeted and measurable email marketing campaigns.

I am suspecting that they have other main Euro contract also. Still holding for that news. Will hold for another 1-2 months. My average cost is 52 cents here.

I wish I had sold at the RS announcement and then bought back. I was afraid of being caught out of the Euro contract which at the RS seemed possible.
I also figured the market cap was low enough it shouldn't matter. No way this stock with revenues in the millions goes much lower. Plus after the RS I didn't have thousands to lose but hundreds.
I still hope for the euro deal but think this stock is way undervalued without it. One reason is no one has announced the euro contract and I would imagine someone would have. Some govt contracts are not released til the money is appropriated, or in case it is somehow secret.
One draw back is the low OS gives a lot of room for dilution, but that hasn't been happening.

I held my shares too because it seemed way undervalued. It had contracts in the millions and after the reverse split only 2 million OS.
Market cap of 80K with million dollar contracts is just crazy.
I should have bought every share I could but didn't.
this is not what you think....OS is much more than that....now 2 401 868 shares have been traded so far today. i still hold but i dont think i will recover my money with this scam.

hey thirb...are you still thinkin this is gonna move to the OTC? i think if kobi is for real he should have release a PR about the R/S but he didnt. it's the first time since im trading( 8 years) i see R/S without any comment from the CEO.

I emailed the IST to see why the contract news was not out since the time table said the results would be out in March. They sent me an email back "Not all results letters have been sent out yet. Please wait another 2/3 weeks" So I am not sure if ITRJ knows yet?

They are again Dumping as you can see the volume increase. I am still holding but would not advice any newbie to enter at this level. We don't know whether they got contract or not.
