is it stuck at 9 because of people trying to just break even from buying there yesterday? I would assume that it should start to rise quickly once the PR actually gets read by people who already aren't on the RSHN bandwagon...

I still think we are seeing some sales executing this AM from orders that were placed last night... remember, not everyone is able to watch the market all day.
Some people put orders in premarket and just went to work, expecting to see a small spike this AM then maybe another dip like yesterday.
Thi is the first time they have issued a PR in the AM premarket... MANY people have not seen this news !!!
We will see a steady climb today, as more people see the news!!
There will be some VERY PISSED OFF people this afternoon when they see the mistake they made this AM by selling !!
