too bad we didn't get a number of shares he was given. I guess we could calculate it based on the number of current shares....then taking 30% and using the dollar figure. Should give an estimate on what Lynch feels the PPS is worth. Anyone have these numbers

Time to raise the pps again. Let's Go RSHN!!! Hard to tell what it will close at. My prediction earlier was ..007. We should have a nice EOD.

I think it states that the 30% is Lynch's shares plus management team, so there is no way on knowing how much of that 30% he is getting for his financing

It says Bob and Management own 32% 38% by shareholders and 30% to Lynch on this deal. The O/S on RSHN is 6 billion and 30% of that is 1.8 bil to Mr Michael Lynch.

Soylent, Well, at least now I know why they didn't have any. I wanted more just because I really liked it too. Do you think SuperAmerica would order some for me?

I asked the owner to re-order again for next week. He orders on Mondays and deliveries arrive on Thursdays. I'll let you have first shot at next weeks order. Enjoy the RUSH!

Well, the volume or price may have triggered some alerts. However, being Friday we will more than likely see this thing trade like it use to. The buying pressure will come on Monday causing a gap up and then hopefully segway into another solid PR next Friday. I see the close in the 60's Possible .0066 being the number.

Hey, I just received a hand signed letter from my Kroger grocer which reads:
"I received your request today from our call center. I'm trying to get those varieties into our store; currently we just have the basic Rush drink available at this location. I will have to contact the manufacturer directly, as they are not even stocked in our warehouse.
If it would be more convenient, I could order through the same process that it sounds like you are doing? Shipping charges for us may be cheaper depending on the amount that we purchase from them, and there may also be other customers that would be interested in this product that I'm unaware of at this time.
Let me know if there is anything else that I can do to help you, feel free to contact me at the store.
Todd Gante, Store Manager"
Hand signed and dated the 26th of this month. I'll be giving him a call shortly and let him know where to place orders. This was a follow up after contacting Kroger corporate. Now if others can do the same we can make Rush a household name. If y'all are interested in seeing a jpg copy of the letter I'll be happy to put up a link to it.
GO RUSH! GLTA!

I hit up Kroger, Wal-Mart and GNC today; in Southeast AZ. I tried Safeway and Target, but didn't work yet.
