Yeah.... I fear that this may be the "other rush". That is why I must verify the UPC numbers.
Somebody out there has some Rush (corrs that is)... So lets match up these UPC's and see if this is the one.
Zow
zowwie, i send email to RushBev about your find, and i ask them for confirmation on UPC, but response maybe in the morning.
I also post on IHub, but nobody is out there anymore....Thinking again, that would be very stupid, if CO would sell drinks under different name (Rush Energy Drink), but you never know, don't you ?

If RSHN has been around 28 years with the RUSH energy drink then why are they allowing other companies to use the name "Rush Energy". Might be good to ask the company as this does cause allot of confusion.

OK...food for thought. We are just a licenced marketing agent for Ginseng Rush, however we own the brand E water.
Seems to me as investers in RSHN we should be pushing the E water alot more than ginseng Rush. This is the one label that actually belongs to Rush Net and not Rush beverage company.

You're right about E-water but we retain 62.5% of any other Rush Beverages net revenue from sales. I tell ya, if Corr doesn't do anything about the big dipper from that big fluff PR....then we will be in the world of hurt...I am still holding long and hopefully we can have all of this behind us starting today.

Yesterday was an overreaction, if this wouldn't correct I'd be dissapointed in the common sense of people everywhere. Then again we know how that goes.

Bob Corr also mentioned to me yesterday that in the event legal challenges are presented, RushNet does have "Contingency Funds" for legal purposes. That was very re-assuring as far as their financials are concerned.

I love how you guys keep throwing UBSS under the bus blaming the MMs for this stock's decline. Ever take a step back and look from an objective point of view and see that quite possibly the crappy PR's without any real substance could be to blame for the fall???
