One thing that everyone was betting on before was that Corr would win his court case. NEVER bet on a lawyer, or at the very least bet on the best paid one.... (Pepsi had the deep pockets)

I agree E, that some of the circumstances look eerily simalar, but do you really think that two or three guys could operate a p&d like this...I don't think so. Maybe I am wrong here, but in my opinion this company is evolving on its own. I have a hard time believing that a p&d could work on a company like RSHN. Correct me if I am wrong.
GLTA!!!! GO RSHN!!!!

Sold most of my holdings at the .0075 level this week. Still retain 100K shares...I think this might just be an annual P&D. I hope not, but the same players are here, just a different game name.

Great chart. RSHN will run like IDWD, which jumped 15 folds in five weeks, after several swings. Don't cry for PRs, they will not help -- when the MMs need more shares, they will hold the pps down anyway. Give the MMs a few more days to collect cheap shares. When they are loaded, they will push the pps to a higher level with many days of EOD runs. So just sit tight with your shares. Happy Easter!

I think everyone may as well forget ever seeing one red cent from Pepsi due to the fact that this is a "David VS Goliath" type situation, and Corr has no indisputable proof of wrong doing.
That said, think of this.........there is nothing but market makers holding this back from seeing pennyland in the next week or two. Contracts are being worked out, production capabilities are being increased due to the Gray's Brewery aquisition, as well as greater means of production being explored with a California Brewery supposedly. Add to that Lynch's financing and desire to help Corr expand and bringing a top notch PR firm in Christies...all adds up to $$$$$ in our near future.
Im holding loooooong and STRONG!!!
Chris

IMHO I don't think RSHN will eve see the .005's again. The base has been too solid where we're at. Nowhere but up from here.
Do your own DD though.
Go RSHN!

I think Soylent Green is right that you won't be able to buy in the .005's again, but you'll probably be able to get in around .0064 on Monday. The thing is, you don't want to miss the boat when it leaves port, and only UBSS knows when that will be. 6 months from now I won't care that I bought my last shares at .0067.

Thanks Soylent (great movie by the way) I have been checkin into it, but dont have a feel for how this one plays yet. I am a newbie but have made some money on my first pick VRDM, but sold too soon on that one got lost on the shake before i knew there was such a term. Better some than none for a begginer though.

I'm dissappointed by Safeway's lack of response (only got their general reply) to my email follow-ups...now I'm going to call them.
I will also be making a couples stops along the way to Reno (there's one in Sac. that carries it hopefully they're not out)...so if I comeback empty handed, I'll at least have UPC's for stores here.
In this next upcoming year, California schools will no longer be selling Coke or Pepsi in an attempt to provide healthier services to the children.
Could an organic Rush make a breakthrough into the California educational system?
Hmmm...

Just comparing some RSHN charts. The RSI dipped under 60 on Thursday. Everytime it does that, it spikes up the next trading day.

Rush Cola and whisky. Great for all nighters with no hangover effects.
Hell Yeah
No man. I've been googling to see if I can order some of the product. I found this mention of the drink from a old chat forum...I've found one site that sells 24 bottles for 440, but the ship is $14. I may have to order from them if I can locate nothing else. $14 ship is fair. btw I'm using my katrina disaster unemployment credit card. Government money never went to better use
If anyone wants a bottle, email your address paulfbest*cox.net Also not sure if you are aware, american ginseng is the most highly prized of all ginsengs around the world. Some old wild american roots can fetch up to $1000+ lb. Of course Rush uses cultivated which still seel for like $50+ lb. Ginseng has many numerous life enhancing properties. Ginseng is the king of all herbs. The Real Deal.
Paul From the only part of the USA that is 3rd world country.
EDIT link does not work, anyway its this guy who mentioned he "sold a ton of Ginseng Rush" when it was avaliable. His post is from march, 2001. Someone responded that they grew up with the fantastic drink and misses it immensely. Seems the ingredients were hard to come by nad they stopped production. I'll order the 24 on monday as my $90 is deposited every monday via state of louisiana.

Well, we did not get PR thursday. Good. However I have a sneaky feeling that they not only decided it would be a waste, but think they have something new that happened that would be better put into a new PR.
Charts all point to a possible move upward. Stochrsi VERY low, showing how long the MM's have held us down. Bolinger bands narrowing. MA crossed. If this company were not rapidly moving forward on their plan, it would appear that they are not doing well. Guess we will see this week what new things are happening. Still need to get rid of that bear guarding the corral full of bulls.
Best news for me would still be some sort of public filing, a 10K or something like it. That might end the last grumble that this is all a pump and dump or scam. Lets see what the week ahead has for us. GO RSHN!!!! Still long

I am going to put my .02 cents worth in,, I think RSHN will run in the future, And the PPS is gonna keep around the same but not going much lower , for now. BUT when a PR with some good numbers come in it will blast off.. The last few PRs out where very GOOD news in my opinion they are showing that this is an actual company with plans for the future , I think we have to let it settle down and give the Expo and other news really start to work, it does take time to get firm contracts and numbers together , Just remember the Expo was only a few weeks back , It has taken me longer to get an order filled on Ebay shipped...Let alone ship to 50 stores.. I myself am going to relax a little hold long and pick up a few more shares if it dips again And wait for all of the positive news to start to come together.. I do wish volume was up a little more but I think since a lot of people are holding on to their shares its driving vol down but can be a good thing when they let this baby eat.. Just my Opinion.....for what thats worth..

An acquaintance of mine is an AP at a high school. He is now an investor in RSHN and said he is going to look into ordering the drink for the school for next year. Who knows...

Ya, so that site was registered on 3/23/06 - how is this a reputable site? How could it have made the pick of RSHN * .0018 if the site wasn't even in existence at the time of that price?
Jacotrader, this site is absolute garbage, I wonder who created it...

I shopped at Whole Foods/Baton Rouge last night nad cked out what ginseng drinks they had on the shelf. Big Sky has 2 drinks, one is a ginger ale/ginseng and the other root beer/ginseng, neither seemed appealing so I took a pass. Besides the ginseng they add is korean, which is no where near the american variety for potency. The other was a label called ginseng grape, /ginsng ale and I bought their ginseng-up. Had to see what the competitionhas to offer. Bland and nothing to want me to buy it again. Thankfully it was sold individually. The ginseng they use is chinese ginseng, again not on the level of the king of all ginseng's , the american variety which is what Rush uses. I still plan to order 12 bottles on monday. Its like $40/12 bottles + $14 shipping. Very reasonable pricing/per bottle.

When the MMs are loaded, RSHN will swing up to a higher level, just like what IDWD did a few weeks ago. Check the charts. Good luck.

This should be a good week, but don't know if any news for now will be big enough to break the MM's strangle hold. I hope something really big happens to get us back into pennyland to stay.
