AuGRID Enters Joint Venture With Windham Resources, Inc. Mar 21, 2006 11:34:00 AM 2006 PrimeZone Media Network CLEVELAND, March 21, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- AuGRID Corporation (Pink Sheets:AUGC) announces that it has entered into an agreement with Windham Resources, Inc. ("Windham") to acquire interests in Windham's mineral properties located in the State of Nevada. Windham owns the rights to the Hill of Gold lode mining claims, located in the Tonopah, Nevada Mining District and the New Era Mine located near Searchlight, Nevada, and also participates as a joint venture partner in a project with proven ore reserves located in San Bernardino County, California.
The Hill of Gold Property consists of 25 lode mining claims. Previous operators defined a preliminary geologic resource of 3.5 million tons averaging 0.031 oz/ton gold, using a 0.02 cutoff. The New Era Mine consists of 9 lode mining claims on a property with a history of prior mining activity. Windham is obligated to use all funds received from the joint venture agreements towards the further development of these properties.

lostone, you need to get a real time news service. I use alphatrade for my news and L2. When you see some news that looks promising hop in quick.
The quicker you get your shares the less risk you'll incur. If it doesn't move then usually you can get out at little to no loss.
I don't have AIM. Sorry.

Thanx for the tip KT, i guess i'll just look for ur posts from now on.. even with realtime news, u'd have to be looking at a specific company, my ability isn't that great, just hoping to catch a ride with u smart ones..

it should be alright come the end of the day. if it was goona crash it would of done it by now and a little over 1 million shares have been purchased at .01.
