Just wondering if thier are people who have not faxed in thier certs because Etrade just got me my certs and I faxed them in. Currently they have 484 some billion accounted for and if no new faxes come in and the avg stays the same their would be 542,884,000,000 about. Not ecatly sure what the OS and float actually were but their may be a short just wondering if people got their shares Etrade sent all of their to the people they are not accepting CMKM certs they say.

you know i found out that you dont even need your certs they told me when the .40 some cents a share comes out for all the cmkx holders the only differents between having your certs and ot is you will get paid faster if you have certs and if you dontit will jus ttake alittle longer to get paid and i also found out that CIM willpossibly runas high as $45 a share i went to a share holdersmeeting in NEW YORK and it was very much a learning trip and a very exciting one

I am not sure that nothing at all will come out of it-you may get your original investment out of it or maybe 1/4 of your original investment.I would just not expect to get rich and make millions off of the deal-but it takes time so just be patient.Fugghedaboudit

I still have some CMKX and this nice CMKX cert (showing 9 digit of stock I owe).
I'm waiting for the PR (Frizzel had send an update last week that it was normally for the 15th, but just passed the deadline Etrade walks in with another 4000 certs extra).
In regards to value : we have Tramp (notorius poster on board 57) who preaches $40/share. We have the Belgians who state $1.47.
I would already settle with getting my money back.

There can't be anybody that can say they've ever seen a stock like this one.lol
And probably never will with quote sites like Pinksheets .com, announcing adequate current information must be publicly available on companies trading. Or they don't give you a quote. I think they started that after CMKX got revoked... coincidence, hum, maybe so.LOL!

don't know what to think but my cert number was 0663XX Just wondering if that means their are over 66K certs out their if so they have only counted 1/3 of the avalible certs which would meand 494 billion times 3 and thats the amout of shares out. my calculator don't go to trillions tho. LOL

Realizing that CMKM/CMKX (whatever) is dead and will never trade again, I wonder what is going to happen to the restricted shares in other companies that we were given as dividends by CMKX. These are still trading, but of course, we cant trade restricted shares. If I understand correctly, most restrictions are lifted after a year and the stock becomes tradable. I dont want to start any arguments, but does anyone have any idea if these shares might SOMEDAY become traded, or should they be considered dead meat like CMKX? I am NOT requesting unsubstantiated rumors, I'm asking if anyone has any FACTS.

You have to fill out a rule 144 form I just did that to sell my BPWW from PRRM that I got a long time ago actually will make money on that deal. LOL unlike all my CMKM dividends most are all worthless

I guess they would have to go after the MM's (or Toxic Financers) that shorted. As the whole situation seems complex, I'm assuming they would need support from the SEC and the DTCC.
I'm negative on a positive outcome. I hope I'm wrong as I hold a large CMKX Cert.
