Xynergy Signs Preliminary Purchase Agreement With Fitness Nutrition & Weight-Loss Company Xynergy Corp. (OTC: XYNY) announced today that a Preliminary Purchase Agreement has been signed to acquire the assets of Fitness and Nutrition Center (www.fitnessweb.com), a fitness nutrition and weight-loss company based out of Pompano Beach, Florida.
Distribution of products for this company includes U.S. Government agencies and retailers worldwide, as far as Africa, with a heavy clientele in Latin America. According to this fitness company's financials, it averaged approximately $2.7 million in revenues in the last two years.
Recent statistics reveal a growth of 14% in sales for 2004, at $15.6 billion for the Sports Nutrition and Weight-loss industry. Forecasts for this industry are looking at a continued growth rate of 5-7% annually, reaching a whopping $22.8 billion in sales by 2013 in the U.S. alone.
"Most certainly, this acquisition represents a new phase for Xynergy," stated CEO Raquel Zepeda. "These healthy revenues will no doubt mean more value and liquidity for Xynergy stock, while it opens vast distribution opportunities for other products under the Xynergy umbrella."
Closing of the acquisition is subject to financing, completion of due diligence, and other conditions that are expected to be finalized on or about April 30, 2006.

Raquel Zepeda is the driving force of Xynergy Corporation. Along with her experience in banking (6 yrs), legal (8 yrs.), she has worked in the cosmetics industry for over ten years and commenced carving a niche in the Hispanic cosmetics market in 1982 with her initial product line, "Morena Cosmetics." According to Latinolink, she is a "pioneer in the Latina makeup industry." Ms. Zepeda has now used her inventive abilities to create and design Raquel of Beverly Hills' original fragrances and product lines. Notice the massive volume on this today. Level 2 looked like a Christmas tree today lots of MM's lining up on both sides. Looking for a multi-bagger here for sure.

As I watched the news last night, the weatherman stated that the Northeast should brace for another snow pounding. It’s almost April! I hope that by the time this issue of the 2nd Quarter GoodNews! reaches you, the spring thaw will have begun.

Well, we had a FANTASTIC day today hit .0027 and closed at .0019 liken it more and more holding everything I have to .009 and than will only sell half on the ask of course,and if we can get everyone else to sell on the ask, well, it sure would be a better trading stock,and we would all make alot more money faster.
