PTS Inc. Files SEC Form 8-K Concerning Granting of Patent
LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 17, 2006--PTS Inc. (OTCBB: PTSH) management stated today that the company has filed an 8-K with the Securities & Exchange Commission referencing the granting of a U.S. patent for its Glove Box(TM) product.
On March 10, 2006, the company announced that its subsidiary, Glove Box Inc., had been granted U.S. Patent number 6,953,130 for the Glove Box dispenser product.

Etrade grabs thier PR`s off the buisness wire witch picks up from many sources. there is a PR on yahoo finance now. maybe a call to the company could clear this up.

PTS Inc. (OTCBB: PTSH) announced today that they have signed a consulting agreement with Phillip L. Flaherty to assist the company in marketing the Glove Box(TM).
Flaherty was recently COO for Barrick Gaming of Las Vegas, serving from 2002 till 2005, and was CEO for the Desert Inn Casino & Hotel during the 1990s. He will also be assisting and consulting with the PTS Inc. subsidiary DAC regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
